Role Description We’re looking for a funnel marketing expert who can help us improve and manage our full customer journey, from ad click to landing page to lead capture to nurture sequence to booked demo. You should be comfortable looking at a funnel and knowing what needs to be fixed: the offer, the hook, the landing page, the copy, the email/SMS follow-up, the booking flow, or the retargeting. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. Responsibilities - Review and improve existing marketing funnels - Help create landing pages, lead magnets, quizzes, VSL pages, and offer pages - Write or improve funnel copy, headlines, CTAs, and follow-up messaging - Build and optimize email and SMS nurture sequences - Improve lead-to-booked-call and booked-call-to-sale conversion rates - Work with paid ad campaigns and make sure the funnel matches the ad messaging - Track funnel performance and identify where leads are dropping off - Suggest A/B tests for landing pages, offers, and messaging - Help create funnels for different industries, including restaurants, dental, orthodontics, and local businesses - Collaborate with our team on content, ads, CRM setup, and sales automation Qualifications - Strong experience with funnel marketing and lead generation - Experience building funnels for B2B, SaaS, local business, or service-based companies - Strong understanding of customer journey, conversion rates, and offer positioning - Ability to write clear, persuasive marketing copy - Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms - Comfortable working with email, SMS, CRM, landing pages, and booking flows - Data-driven mindset — you care about results, not just design - Able to move fast, test ideas, and improve based on numbers Ideal Person You are someone who can look at a funnel and quickly understand what is working, what is confusing, and what needs to change. You don’t need everything to be perfect before launching, but you know how to test, measure, and improve. Role Description BuzzyBooth is looking for a highly creative Social Media Manager who knows how to create Instagram Reels that actually get attention, drive engagement, and have the potential to go viral. This is not a basic “post 3 times a week” role. We want someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch until the end, share, comment, and follow. We’re looking for someone who has strong experience creating short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels, TikToks, and social videos for brands, founders, or businesses. You should understand: - Hooks - Storytelling - Trends - Pacing - Captions - Editing - Visual structure You should also be able to take raw ideas and turn them into strong social media content that feels native to Instagram — not overly corporate, not boring, and definitely not “marketing brochure energy.” Responsibilities - Create and manage Instagram Reels strategy for BuzzyBooth - Come up with viral-style content ideas, hooks, and angles - Write short-form video scripts for Reels, TikTok, and Instagram content - Edit or oversee editing of Reels with strong pacing, captions, music, and visual flow - Repurpose founder stories, customer examples, product demos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content into engaging videos - Stay on top of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends - Analyze what content is performing and suggest improvements - Help create a consistent posting schedule - Improve engagement, reach, saves, shares, comments, and follower growth - Create content for different audiences, including restaurants, dental offices, orthodontists, and local business owners - Work with our team to turn business ideas into content that feels relatable, useful, and shareable Qualifications - Proven experience creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, or short-form videos that performed well - Strong understanding of viral hooks, retention, watch time, and engagement - Ability to write scroll-stopping captions and video scripts - Strong sense of what feels current on Instagram and TikTok - Experience managing social media for a brand, founder, startup, or business - Comfortable turning raw ideas into polished, engaging content - Good eye for editing, pacing, subtitles, transitions, and storytelling - Ability to look at data and understand why a post did or did not perform - Creative, fast-moving, and not afraid to test new ideas Ideal Person You are someone who naturally studies content. You know why one Reel gets 500 views and another gets 500,000. You understand that going viral is not random — it comes from strong hooks, timing, storytelling, editing, relatability, and testing. You are creative, but also practical. You can move fast, create a lot of ideas, test different angles, and improve based on performance.
