• Own outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn • Execute high-volume outreach with a focus on quality conversations • Identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers in B2B environments • Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities • Run discovery calls to uncover business needs and qualify opportunities • Lead product demos independently and/or in partnership with sales leadership • Help move opportunities forward through the early and mid stages of the sales cycle • Partner closely with leadership on messaging, targeting, and deal strategy • Consistently hit and exceed activity and pipeline goals • Help elevate the team by sharing best practices and mentoring others
• Own the day-to-day revenue engine for a distributed sales team • Hire, onboard, and develop remote sales talent • Shape sales messaging, pipeline discipline, and go-to-market execution • Partner closely with executive leadership to scale predictable, repeatable growth • Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal progression through structured pipeline reviews • Actively coach through call reviews, role-plays, objection handling, and deal strategy in a remote environment • Develop and refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to improve conversion and sales velocity • Oversee lead generation and distribution in partnership with the lead mining team • Collaborate with Marketing and Product on sales messaging, scripts, and enablement tools • Plan and execute industry trade shows and events, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up • Track and report performance metrics across pipeline, revenue, activity, and event ROI
• Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and networking (100–150 daily connections). • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects. • Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to identify and engage key decision makers. • Conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos that clearly communicate our value. • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle to close. • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies. • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Provide technical support for customers by monitoring network systems and responding to alerts and incidents. • Investigate and troubleshoot Cloud PBX, UCaaS, and CCaaS service issues. • Pull and analyze Call Detail Records (CDRs) to identify and resolve service-impacting problems. • Respond to incoming customer requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve network or voice-related issues. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation throughout the troubleshooting process. • Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication in all customer and vendor interactions. • Support a 24/7 operations environment with occasional weekend, holiday, or off-hour shifts as needed.
