• Collaborate on projects end-to-end with a strong emphasis on backend systems, API design, and integrations. • Own end-to-end delivery of high-priority cross-functional initiatives • Translate organizational priorities into structured execution plans • Act as the central coordination point for assigned initiatives • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs • Design, develop, and document repeatable processes and workflows • Build and maintain comprehensive documentation • Serve as the operational point of contact for strategic initiatives • Create visibility into project health and progress against milestones

• Review NDAs and Independent Contractors, using internal templates and playbooks and under supervision. • Prepares draft summaries of Health Plan/Employer contracts, identifying key terms and operational requirements. • Track contract expirations and renewals coordinating with internal stakeholders in accordance with the vendor process. • Manage the execution process via DocuSign and handle departmental mail • Maintain contract database integrity and ensure accurate data governance and reporting • Build reports and dashboards, and analyze data to answer questions from our business partners. • Support corporate compliance programs including policy maintenance, training coordination, and documentation. • Contribute to the creation of playbooks, checklists, and updating of tools that enhance department workflow efficiency. • Contribute to Legal Department initiatives, Legal Hub/intranet, and other resources, supporting the Company’s broader operational goals. • Assist with research and document preparation. • Assist in resolving both internal and external department requests • Act as a versatile team player, supporting various tasks ​​and evolving departmental needs. • Equity plan administration. • Management of training compliance. • SOC2 and HIPAA audit tactical support.

• Build and maintain always-on, high-quality pipelines of licensed behavioral health providers (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) • Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, SMS, niche platforms), including segmentation, personalization, and multi-touch sequences • Develop creative sourcing and engagement strategies to reach passive and hard-to-fill talent pools • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clinicians, creating a warm, engaged talent community • Establish and manage relationships with: - Graduate programs and training institutions - Internship, residency, and fellowship programs - Professional associations and clinician communities • Support and participate in networking events, conferences, and talent engagement initiatives (virtual and in-person where applicable) • Partner with recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handoff and strong candidate experience • Own and evolve the end-to-end sourcing strategy for clinical roles across geographies and specialties • Develop market maps and targeted sourcing plans for: - Hard-to-fill markets - High-demand specialties (e.g., child/adolescent, SUD, assessment/testing) - Bilingual providers • Build scalable outreach frameworks and playbooks, including campaign design, messaging strategies, and channel optimization • Lead experimentation with new sourcing channels and innovative approaches (referral programs, alumni networks, niche platforms, re-engagement campaigns) • Partner with TA and marketing to align on and amplify the employer value proposition (EVP) within outreach and campaigns • Act as a thought partner to TA leadership, influencing hiring strategies and prioritization • Provide actionable insights on: - Talent supply and demand by geography - Competitive hiring practices and trends - Candidate feedback and expectations • Use data to inform sourcing strategies, campaign targeting, and market entry decisions • Track and report on key performance metrics: - Pipeline health and coverage - Outreach and campaign performance (response, conversion rates) - Source effectiveness and market penetration • Deliver regular insights to inform workforce planning and hiring forecasts • Act as the voice of the market, proactively identifying risks and opportunities

Title: Therapy Manager (Albany, NY) Location: Albany Department: Therapy Job Description: Welcome to Brightline! We are seeking a full-time Therapy Manager to provide both onsite and virtual care as well as manage a small team of clinicians at Brightline’s new Albany, NY Clinic! In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to lead and support licensed therapists, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to the development of a growing clinical team and care center. If you’re passionate about delivering evidence-based mental health care for kids, teens, and families — and are interested in a leadership role that supports other therapists in doing the same — we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Include: - Provide clinical consultation and people leadership for up to 8 licensed therapists for our core evidence-based care offerings.
