In this role, you will act as a partner to Human Resources by providing actionable insights from analyzing data that informs performance and talent strategy. Your projects will span the annual performance management cycle, employee engagement surveys, people analytics, annual talent review, other talent management processes, and special projects. You will collaborate across the business to drive best-in-class processes, programs, and tools that support a high-performance culture at Breakthru. Job Description: This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule and can be performed from any Breakthru Beverage office location. Job Responsibilities: - Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of critical talent programs: performance management (goal setting, mid-year, and year-end) and employee engagement. - Analyzes and translates people and business data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive talent, performance, culture, and employee engagement strategies. - Consults with team members to execute various surveys, programs, and plans across the business to measure and enhance performance and impact. - Collaborates on driving the rollout of career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning. - Creates executive-level talent presentations that transform complex information into compelling narratives, using advanced PowerPoint design, visualization, and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate insights and recommendations. - Supports the broader HR team with a variety of ad hoc performance, talent management/ analytics-related projects and/or initiatives to support business growth and people-related objectives. - Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources, and/or related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Analytics - Advanced data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business insights - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization, dashboard development, executive storytelling, and presentation design - Demonstrated experience applying AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics concepts to talent management and people analytics initiatives - Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines - Utilizes sound judgement, project management, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-focused corporate environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in one or more of the following areas: - HRIS and employee survey platforms (e.g., Workday, Peakon) - Power BI reporting and dashboard development - Survey design, item creation, or employee listening methodologies - Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-assisted analytics tools) - Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including data visualization and storytelling for leadership audiences Physical Requirements: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone Competencies: - Manages complex tasks or projects requiring specialized expertise. - Analyzes ambiguous problems and recommends solutions. - Exercises independent judgment on moderate-impact decisions. - Leads projects and influences cross-functional partners. • The Senior IT Security Engineer is responsible for planning, deploying, administering, and maintaining security platforms and technologies to protect the organization's IT infrastructure. • This role involves independently executing security initiatives, coordinating tasks among security and IT teams, and ensuring systems are optimized and compliant. • Key responsibilities include incident response, risk management, and collaboration to enhance security posture. • Coordinating the deployment, configuration, management, and retirement of security tools (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, PAM, ZTN, IdP, IAM, CSPM, DLP, Vulnerability/Exposure Management, CIEM, DevSecOps and SSDLC, etc.). • Monitoring and managing enterprise security systems, cloud environments, and SaaS environments for operational stability, vulnerabilities, and security incidents. • Providing deep technical analysis and support of security incidents. • Managing the compliance of the enterprise environment with IT and security policies and standards. • Coordinating the evaluation of new IT and security products and services. • Providing summary data, KPIs, metrics, and reports of the security products and technologies to management. • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

• The Senior Workday Analyst supports HR and Payroll from a Workday systems perspective. • This position will have an opportunity to support short- and long-term projects that deliver HR's strategies. • The role performs system configuration, data migration, testing, reporting, troubleshooting and end-user assistance. • Monitors the HRIS Support Desk and ensures tickets are being routed, customers are promptly responded to, and issues resolved in a timely manner. • Effectively communicate and respond to general HRIS inquiries. • Provide customer service to associates, managers, payroll processors, and HR Business Partners. • Perform a variety of day-to-day HRIS functions ensuring and confirming data integrity and accuracy of all data entered in our databases. • Maintain data in multiple HRMS systems and assure information is available on a timely basis. • Provide support for system upgrades, enhancements, testing (including creating, documenting, and performing testing), validation, and overall performance • Analyze software releases to assess impact of new features. • Assist in the design, development, testing, implementation, upgrading applications to support of Annual programs, e.g. Benefits Open Enrollment, Merit Planning and Review, Annual Performance Reviews. • Gather/document business requirements, analyzing current technology, data, and processes versus potential in order to create recommended solutions. • Write, generate, and maintain Human Resource and Payroll reports and dashboards • Review generated reports to validate that accurate and desired information is produced • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports • Recommend and deliver performance improvements related to Reporting Workstream. • Assist in the implementation of projects effecting payroll, compensation, and data management teams.
