Role Description Our operator business Boostbar is expanding its footprint across Switzerland, and we need a high-energy Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale. This isn’t a passive "post-and-pray" job - you will actively own a dynamic pipeline of 10–15 positions at any given time. Your focus will be on sourcing our autonomous frontline talent, technicians, and merchandisers. We want a proactive hunter who brings fresh, innovative, and non-traditional sourcing strategies to find the key people who are essential to our success. What You'll Do - Confidently own and drive the recruitment cycle for 10–15 open positions simultaneously. - Proactively suggest and execute innovative, non-standard search methods (e.g., hidden communities, creative networking, competitive intelligence) to find passive talent. - Actively scout and engage top-tier talent tailored specifically for the Swiss operator market. - Leverage your understanding of regional dynamics (DACH/Romandie) to find the perfect cultural and professional fits. - Dedicate 3–4 focused days a week to match freelance agility with corporate excellence. Qualifications - You don't rely on basic job boards; you are proactive, curious, and constantly experimenting with new ways to source elite talent. - You don't sweat a busy pipeline; managing 10+ roles at once is your sweet spot. - German native speaker is a must, and French is highly required to successfully navigate the Romandie region. English is our company language. - You excel at guiding, aligning, and facilitating the hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and coordinated recruitment process from start to finish. - Ready to commit 3–4 days a week to embed yourself in our growth strategy. • Cold calling: You pick up the phone and contact potential new customers. • Pitching: You present our concepts convincingly and inspire your interlocutors with our solutions. • Closing (appointments): Your goal is clear: you arrange confirmed appointments for our sales experts and, ideally, lay the foundation for on-site tastings. • Strategy: You work closely with Business Development and analyze new target groups and optimized sales pitches.
