This is a full-time position, and compensation will be set in line with competitive local market rates for this role and level of experience. Responsibilities: - Design, build, and own scalable data pipelines for analytics and reporting. - Integrate datasets from APIs, vendors, and event streams into the data warehouse. - Maintain clear documentation for data models, pipelines, and system architecture. - Write high-quality SQL and optimize database performance across large datasets. - Troubleshoot data issues, including pipeline failures, schema changes, and data-quality gaps. - Define and maintain core business metrics used across analytics, finance, and product. - Analyze user behavior and funnels to support product decisions and growth initiatives. - Handle ad-hoc data requests, analyses, and exploratory investigations. We're looking for a Social Media & Operations Coordinator who lives and breathes sports content. This is a role where half your time will be spent creating short-form video content that grows our social presence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and the other half will be spent supporting live sports operations, including managing contests, monitoring games, and ensuring our users have a seamless experience on game nights. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean books, running a tight month-end close, supporting treasury and payments, and partnering with the CFO on financial reporting, audits, and model updates. This is a highly trusted role with broad visibility across the business, where attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently are critical to success.
