Role Description The Director of Operational Support will lead and oversee the Credentialing, Authorizations, and Verification of Benefits (VOBE) teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance across all sites. This role is critical in maintaining timely credentialing processes and ensuring active authorizations for all active clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of multi-site credentialing, and experience managing prior authorizations and benefit verification workflows. Responsibilities - Leadership & Oversight: - Direct and manage Credentialing, Authorizations, and VOBE teams to achieve departmental goals. - Provide strategic guidance and operational support to ensure efficiency and compliance. - Develop and streamline processes and procedures. - Credentialing Management: - Oversee multisite credentialing processes for providers and facilities. - Ensure credentialing timelines are met and maintain accurate records for all active providers. - Oversee the Delegated Credentialing committee and related activities. - Provide routine reporting to the field and leadership teams. - Authorizations & VOBE: - Ensure active authorizations are in place for all active clients. - Monitor and optimize workflows for prior authorizations and benefit verifications. - Monitor pending authorization levels to minimize risk. - Compliance & Quality Assurance: - Maintain adherence to regulatory and payer requirements. - Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and delays. - Reporting & Metrics: - Track and report key performance indicators related to credentialing and authorizations. - Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, and authorizations. - Proven experience with multi-site credentialing processes. - Prior experience managing benefit verification and authorization teams strongly preferred.
• Conducting a daily review of assigned patient accounts to identify and research denied and underpaid claims • Taking the initiative to start the follow-up process with insurance companies to communicate and resolve claims related issues • Maintaining accurate and clear notations on patient accounts of follow-up actions taken • Communicating recurring denials and claims processing delays on a regular basis with the Revenue Cycle Management team • Utilizing monthly aging accounts receivable reports to follow up on unpaid claims aged over 30 days • Responding to inquiries from insurance companies, patients, and other co-workers • Regularly attending and participating in weekly staff meetings and continuing educational sessions as requested • Performing additional duties as requested by the Revenue Cycle Management team

The Paralegal supports the overall business operations of BlueSprig by providing direct legal and risk management advice and support to various corporate departments and clinics nationwide. Responsibilities Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Provides lease-related and facilities advice to the corporate Real Estate and Development Department and ABA clinics nationwide.• Drafts correspondence to landlords and property managers related to legal compliance, leases, and legal disputes.• Negotiates the language in real estate documents directly with landlord and/or property managers. • Drafts and reviews vendor contracts.• Drafts risk management documents such as client waivers and releases. • Coordinates responses to subpoenas and other legal requests. • Provides necessary corporate legal support, including maintaining records and drafting legal correspondence. • Determines the necessary processes and cadences for corporate legal compliance, including related to management of corporate licenses and registrations.• Evaluates Legal Department needs to determine need for appropriate usage of management systems, AI systems, software, or outside legal support vendors.• Works directly with and manages relationships with external legal counsel, including, but not limited to, serving as a liaison between external legal counsel and Company employees to facilitate information-gathering. • Provides training regarding legal-related matters or tasks. • Provides support to the VP of Legal Affairs. Qualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 7+ years’ paralegal experience.
