Role Description This is a brand-new, high-impact role with the opportunity for ownership and professional growth. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to support the growth and success of our existing and future B2C client relationships. This role partners closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver a world-class client experience through account support, relationship management, operational coordination, and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and eager to grow within an account management or client success career path. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems collaboratively, and contributing to client retention and long-term success. Salary range: $60,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Uncapped commission with meaningful upside on upsells, new sales, and re-engagement wins, with an OTE of $90,000. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - 2 to 4+ years of account management experience with a sales component. - Demonstrated ability to upsell, cross-sell, or grow existing accounts. - Strong written and verbal communication with a relationship-first approach. - Self-starter who is comfortable operating without a polished playbook or fully built CRM on day one. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts independently. - HubSpot experience preferred; Intercom and Stripe experience a plus. - Comfortable in a fully remote, high accountability environment. - High integrity, coachability, and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
