• Drive client adoption and program success, ensuring learning initiatives are effectively implemented, utilized, and aligned to business priorities • Serve as an advisor to client stakeholders, helping translate business challenges into actionable learning strategies • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and ongoing engagement • Monitor and influence key health indicators, including adoption, utilization, engagement, and stakeholder alignment • Proactively identify risks to client success, including low adoption, disengagement, or organizational changes, and activate appropriate action plans and internal resources • Lead program launch and ongoing enablement, partnering cross-functionally to deliver a strong client experience throughout the lifecycle • Leverage data and insights to guide client strategy, helping clients understand performance and opportunities for improvement • Identify signals for growth and expansion, and partner with Client Account Executives to support opportunity development and client readiness • Act as the internal advocate for the client, ensuring alignment across teams while maintaining focus on delivering value within scope
• Identify and recruit partners that align with BizLibrary’s Ideal Partner Profile across HCM, Payroll, Enterprise LMS, and global markets. • Manage full sales cycle from prospect through signed agreement. • Craft and implement a partner acquisition strategy aligned with company growth goals. • Build a thriving pipeline via prospecting, networking, and market insight. • Collaborate on co–go-to-market strategies to drive shared success. • Foster lasting, trust-based partnerships with a win–win mindset. • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams for smooth onboarding and integration. • Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance and opportunities.
Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a strategic, customer-centric professional to drive retention, expansion, and executive engagement across a defined book of business. In this role, you will be responsible for reducing churn, identifying and closing expansion opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders to ensure long-term customer success. You’ll blend proactive risk management with a consultative sales approach, serving as a trusted advisor to our clients while contributing to overall revenue growth and strategic account health. #LI-REMOTE Key Responsibilities Customer Retention & Risk Management Execute strategies to improve gross retention (reducing churn) and net retention (expansion growth). Proactively identify and mitigate at-risk accounts, ensuring long-term customer success. Monitor customer health scores, product adoption, and renewal risks. Upsell & Expansion Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a defined book of business. Effectively manage the upsell pipeline, ensuring a formalized sales process is followed. Add revenue to the overall book of business through existing customer growth. Executive-Level Customer Communication Build and maintain high-level relationships with customer executives to ensure alignment on strategic goals. Ensure consistent communication with customer executives to strengthen long-term partnerships.
