• Understand investigator workflows and user needs within the Automated Investigation and Incident Response domain. The outcome will be user insights that guide product decisions and design direction. • Translate product requirements and user insights into clear user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs that guide product development. • Design intuitive experiences for complex investigative workflows, large datasets, and technical users. The result will be efficient and usable tools that help investigators work faster and more effectively. • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle—including discovery, ideation, development, launch, and iteration. • Design end-to-end product experiences including navigation structures, interaction patterns, dashboards, data visualizations, and investigation workflows. • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from internal teams and customers to validate design decisions and continuously improve the product experience. • Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent design system that ensures UI consistency and scalability across the product. • Improve product usability by continuously refining interactions, layout, visual hierarchy, and interface details. • Apply UI improvements directly within the product when appropriate using modern AI-assisted tools and development workflows, enabling faster iteration and reducing engineering bottlenecks for UI-level changes. • Support a culture of collaboration and learning within the product development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality and design practices.

• Own the strategic and commercial success of your portfolio, with accountability for Gross Revenue Retention (GDR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). • Define account strategy, drive disciplined execution, and ensure Binalyze AIR is embedded in customers’ investigation and response workflows. • Manage 25–40 enterprise customers with clear accountability for retention, expansion, and long-term value creation. • Execute structured account plans aligned to security priorities and measurable risk reduction outcomes. • Lead business reviews with senior security and IT stakeholders, influencing renewal and long-term adoption decisions. • Drive renewal planning well ahead of contract end dates, mitigate risk early, and secure predictable outcomes. • Identify and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales. • Coordinate internal technical resources where required while maintaining accountability for resolution and communication. • Translate customer insights into meaningful product and go-to-market improvements. • Leverage automated and AI-driven workflows to improve forecasting accuracy and customer outcomes.

• You’ll act as a trusted security advisor and program architect, working directly with CISOs, security leaders, and operational teams within customer environments to align Binalyze’s capabilities to real-world risk, workflows, and outcomes. • You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, knowing when to lead at the executive level - and when to go hands-on alongside customer teams to unblock progress. • Your focus will include: Strategic security leadership - Partner with CISOs and senior stakeholders to understand security strategy, business context, and risk appetite - Translate security objectives and policies into executable programs and measurable outcomes - Build alignment across security, IT, engineering, and business teams - Guide customers toward meaningful improvements in detection, response, and forensic readiness - not just tool adoption Operational program ownership - Define success metrics across detection, response, readiness, and investigation workflows - Establish operational cadence, track progress, and ensure follow-through on initiatives - Conduct maturity assessments and identify opportunities for continuous improvement - Act as a steady, trusted presence during complex initiatives or high-stakes moments Technical and workflow architecture - Design and optimize workflows across: - Strategic (governance, measurement, continuous improvement) - People (incident escalation, coordination, communication) - Product (detection logic, response playbooks, enrichment pipelines) - Ensure workflows align to customer objectives while leveraging Binalyze’s strengths - Maintain deep technical fluency across security operations and forensic workflows Selective hands-on execution - Define or prototype targeted integrations, automations, or SOAR playbooks when needed to unlock outcomes - Validate technical workflows and support POCs for new capabilities - Stay close enough to the tooling and data to maintain strong technical credibility AI & automation-first execution - Apply AI and no-code / low-code automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ChatGPT, Airtable) to streamline workflows - Help customers and internal teams adopt more automated, intelligence-driven ways of working - Continuously explore and apply emerging AI capabilities to accelerate security outcomes.
