• Devise and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with Building infrastructure sales channel partners • Develop, build, nurture and maintain close relationships with the Dealer channel • Work with various stake holders in Biamp to cover all aspects of a project and ensure success • Collaborate on dealer account strategies with Biamp sales team members and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives • Meet and exceed regional sales targets • Engage in pre-sales activities including discovery meetings with current and prospective end user accounts, coordinate internal Biamp team meetings, develop go-to-market strategies, drafting implementation plans and aligning internal resources as necessary • Continuously track reporting and dashboard metrics to ensure sales and implementation objectives and timelines are on track; also ensuring that obstacles and issues are identified early • Lead quarterly business reviews (as required) with your team account executive teams, key stakeholders, and Biamp leadership • Drive agendas, develop and deliver content • Articulate the Biamp value proposition • Respond in a timely manner to all account inquiries with a sense of urgency • Drive attendance at Biamp sales-led events • Identify additional opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell and work with the sales team to communicate and capitalize on them • Other duties assigned by your manager

• Establish sales targets aligned with corporate objectives • Achieve quarterly and annual sales growth targets • Manage sales channel costs within established quarterly and annual budgets • Recruit, select, train, and equip sales team members for success • Evaluate sales team members and provide them with regular and timely feedback with constructive input on how to improve their skills and abilities to perform in their respective roles • Be actively involved in meeting with National and Key Accounts and assist in the development of an account strategy along with the other Sales Team Directors and the Vice President of Sales • Be a strong liaison between the company, our channel partners, dealers/integrators, the specifier community, and end-users. Always being on the lookout for ideas and programs that will strengthen our business and provide input directly to leadership for consideration • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity and provide timely feedback to the company • Maintain and foster strong relationships with internal groups to facilitate and coordinate the sales team’s ability to grow their business and overcome obstacles and objections • Drive accountability for delivering the required monthly win-wires, meeting plans, and other required metric • Conduct regular sales pipeline reviews with team members focused on building a healthy sales funnel to support near-term and long-term business growth • Evangelize and lead the Sales team to embrace and drive sales opportunities through the Biamp Sales Process • Drive sales pipeline hygiene to ensure CRM is accurate and updated regularly with current and accurate customer information • Develop, support, and deliver both internal and external high-quality Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) • Active participation in industry trade show events and regional channel partner events

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Pacific Northwest region of the US. • Drive the sales process through all project phases requiring technical or design decisions. • Fully explain to clients how a Biamp solution solves their issues. • Help increase Biamp market share by providing world-class technical expertise on every project with the primary goal of increasing revenue for the company. • Provide demonstrations and training on the technological aspects of Biamp’s products and solutions in the field to system integrators, consultants, end-users and distributors. • Manage all elements of technical communication between Biamp and the channel up to the point where the product is ordered. This includes drafting conceptual design drawings, providing quotations, and creating any technical documentation or guidance required during the pre-sale stage. • In collaboration with the account manager, develop relationships with decision-makers and technical staff, becoming their technical resource and reference. • Participate in regional trade shows as necessary, meeting customers at the booth and delivering equipment demos or providing technical expertise. • The Field Sales Engineer will take a leadership role through the technology evaluation stage of the sales process with major projects and key clients, remaining available to assist during the development of system design. • Maintain an ethos of constant self-improvement on sales techniques and technical skills. • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
