• Drive the month end close process as a key part of the accounting team by taking ownership of certain tasks, expenses, revenue, and payroll sections of the P&L • Create and review journal entries in the GL along with preparing and reviewing excellent supporting schedules • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations including investigating aged or unreconciled items • Investigate and resolve both current and historical issues with our different transaction types • Implement accounting processes for new product streams or initiatives • Identify areas for improvement and drive process improvements • Work with our external auditors to ensure the timely completion of reviews and audits • Educate coworkers regarding financial practices, implications, and policies • Provide ad hoc analysis support to business leaders and key partners for complex accounting questions • Serve as a mentor and resource to more junior team members

• Convert company provided leads into completed applications with credit reports • Pre-qualify applicants and obtain required documentation from the borrower • Sell borrowers on all material loan terms using a consultative and benefit-based approach • Overcome borrower objections with a solutions-based mindset • Maintain borrower commitment through funding and assist processing with escalated problems

• Own the end-to-end integration ecosystem across Workday and connected systems • Design scalable integration patterns and determine appropriate approaches (configuration vs integration vs API-based solutions) • Drive long-term scalability, reusability, and reliability of integration solutions • Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions, bringing forward new ideas and approaches where appropriate • Proactively identify system, process, and data issues and translate them into scalable solutions • Partner with HR and People Systems teams to co-design solutions aligned with business processes • Design and build complex, multi-system integration workflows, including orchestration logic, conditional processing, error handling, and data dependencies • Support and enhance integrations tied to payroll, benefits (including open enrollment), and annual performance/merit cycles • Apply best practices for performance, scalability, and reliability • Collaborate across cross-functional teams and internally with People Systems • Create and maintain technical specifications and integration documentation • Identify opportunities to improve integrations, processes, and system usage

• Prepare and review closing documents, including Closing Disclosures (CD), Notes, Mortgages, and other required documents. • Collaborate with title companies and attorneys to ensure closing packages are accurate and compliant. • Balance figures with title agents and verify wire instructions and funding conditions. • Ensure loans are closed and funded according to the scheduled date. • Maintain knowledge of TRID, RESPA, TILA, and other applicable regulations. • Confirm loan terms match the final underwriting approval. • Verify and coordinate disbursement of funds through wire transfers. • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding closings. • Ensure compliance with investor and company guidelines throughout the closing process.

• Administer the full Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Loom). • Configure, support, and optimize Intercom. • Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for end users. • Manage Atlassian Analytics and Rovo (Atlassian AI). • Build and maintain Atlassian automations and Intercom workflows. • Lead knowledge management initiatives. • Run platform health initiatives. • Manage users, groups, and access provisioning. • Evaluate, deploy, and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps. • Support audit, compliance, and access certification activities. • Partner with business leaders to gather requirements. • Develop scripts, queries, and integrations. • Document configurations, runbooks, and processes.

• Administer Okta end to end, including users, groups, applications, authentication policies, sign-on rules, network zones, and Okta Workflows across the full product suite. • Configure and support Okta authentication and access standards, including OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, Okta FastPass, Device Trust, device-bound SSO, and Device Access. • Integrate and manage third-party SaaS applications in Okta, including SSO setup, SCIM-based provisioning and de-provisioning, group push, and role mapping. • Own Okta's integrations with core enterprise systems, including Microsoft (Entra ID / Active Directory) and Workday as the HR system of record driving joiner, mover, and leaver events. • Design and operate the joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and auditable provisioning and de-provisioning across all in-scope applications. • Ensure application integrations meet security best practices, including least-privilege access, MFA enforcement, strong authentication policies, and well-structured group and role design. • Partner with the Security team to design and implement Okta and application-level security controls, policies, and risk-based / adaptive access rules. • Support audit, compliance, and access certification activities (e.g., SOX, SOC 2) with reporting, evidence collection, and periodic access reviews. • Build and maintain Okta Workflows and other automations to streamline identity processes such as onboarding, offboarding, group membership, and access reviews. • Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for IAM-related issues, including triage, root-cause analysis, and remediation, and serve as the escalation point for the helpdesk. • Document configurations, runbooks, and processes to support team continuity, onboarding, and audit readiness.

• Assessing compliance of employee expense claims • Support Administrator for the expense management application • Support Card Administrator for the corporate credit card program • Identify, capture, and communicate exceptions to Policy to management • Respond to inquiries about the expense reporting application • Ensure system audit rules, reminders, and system settings are operating correctly • Work with the General Accounting team on process improvement • Prepare monthly reconciliations of corporate card statements and employee reimbursements in NetSuite • Handle integration between Expense Management Platform (Ramp) and NetSuite
