How You’ll Add Value… Join the Azenta Finance team as a Collections Analyst for our Multiomics Business, to manage an analyze accounts receivable data to identify delinquent accounts, initiate collections activities, and minimize bad debt risk. You’ll work with a global team and external clients to resolve billing issues, process payments, and execute strategies for improving collections performance. What You’ll Do - Monitoring aging reports, identify and target overdue accounts - Contact customers via phone/email to resolve outstanding balances - Analyze payment trends and recommend credit holds or escalations - Collaborate with billing, customer service, and sales teams to resolve unpaid invoices and customer inquiries - Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and forecasts on collection status. - Track inquiries and outbound engagement with customers - Ad hoc reporting and analysis, as needed - Support order to cash related improvement projects as needed What You Will Bring - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field - 3+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable - Strong analytical and communication skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently with large volumes of data - Strong analytical & interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with external organizations and internal stakeholders both verbally and in writing. - Ability to work under pressure and with multiple deadlines. - A sense of urgency and self-motivation, with a personal commitment to meeting deadlines. • Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure compliance with our service agreements at customer sites across UK or other European locations. • Perform maintenance work on equipment and systems, including software/hardware installation, upgrades, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance. • Analyse problems, investigate and report root causes/corrective actions, and monitor system performance. • Provide operational support for customer‑managed samples (e.g., supporting the transfer of samples, and shifting from manual to automated storage systems). • Communicate and collaborate with global teams to complete tasks effectively. • Prepare and submit documentation, including service reports and status reports. • Respond to occasional emergency call‑outs in the event of equipment or production line failures or other escalations. • Maintain loaner equipment. • Support organisational and administrative tasks such as preparing quotations or arranging shipment of loaner or customer equipment.

• Install, modify, repair, diagnose, and perform preventive maintenance on cryogenic storage equipment • Support customers using automated cryo storage systems and ensure optimal system performance • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment with safety protocols • Accurately document service activities through Service Reports, Status Reports, and performance summaries • Respond productively to changing priorities, including system alerts and escalations • Act as a point of contact for customers and internal Azenta management • Provide weekly system performance summaries and support KPI measurement requests

• Manage the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and engineering change upgrades to be performed at client sites • Ensure this through adequate reporting management and system maintenance, excellent communication with external customers and internal specialists as well as a keen sense for efficient processes and a fascination for technology • Key ownership and management of customer escalations • Enforce and promote a positive safety culture; Manage and drive safety compliance • Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of repair, upgrades, and preventive maintenance procedures to maintain system operations • Provides input for team and FSE development plans • Build and maintain regular communication with cross functional teams to ensure customer service effectiveness • Assists in interviewing and hiring new Field Service Technicians and supports onboarding/offboarding process as needed • Maintain industry standard utilization percentage as measured in our existing Service System utilizing Salesforce for scheduling team • Support activities resulting in accurate and effective PM planning - Ensures company policies and procedures are followed by team members • Understand the key financial drivers and subsequent impact on the business • Demonstrates outstanding customer service through maintenance of high quality and integrity in the work environment • Review/Approve the team’s operating expenses and identifies spending trends and methods to optimize the budget/expense

• Drive bookings for the sample storage services business in the assigned territory. • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of sample management services. • Organize and conduct sample management services presentations. • Conduct prospecting and cold calls to generate new leads. • Manage customer opportunity database within Salesforce CRM. • Achieve and exceed annual sales goals in partnership with manager. • Coordinate with cross-selling activities of informatics and transport.
