• Architect, align, and lead the implementation of the Global Source to Pay for Avis Budget globally, including the creation and implementation of an agile technology roadmap and global procurement policy. • Create, align, and oversee the rollout of the Global Procurement Policy to ensure Avis Budget Group extracts maximum value for its billions of third-party expenses and meets regulatory, safety, ESG, and other key standards. • Create, align, and lead the technology roadmap for Global Procurement (key priority will be Procure to Pay as well as a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system). • Lead the governance for all Global Procurement value delivery – savings, cost avoidance, working capital. • Support the Global Chief Procurement Officer in the creation of the Strategic Plan as well as the Annual Operating Plan. • Support the Global Chief Procurement Officer in the creation of a total capability program for Global Procurement, including learning plan for all associates. • Manage a team of direct reports (2-3 FTEs), including data analysts and market intelligence analysts.
• Prepare and process complex vehicle warranty claims and non-warranty Electronic Repair Orders in designated timeframes across multiple lines with high level of attention to detail • Reconcile / correct (when applicable) rejected claims in a timely, efficient manner • Attend occasional meetings, as needed – some optional, some mandatory • Reconcile / Process multiple location queue’s to reduce aging ERO’s • Contact OEMs for necessary approvals and/or goodwill (after warranty) adjustments and processing concerns • Obtain approvals and adjustments within the organization’s and the manufacturer's policies and procedures • Produce various claims processing productivity reports • Report unresolved concerns and/or problems to Warranty Specialist / Manager • Maintain regular contact with management, Warranty and Maintenance Staff
• Closely monitor contact center volume (voice, social media, etc.) routed to multiple outsource partners and internal ABG contact center, and make decisions to obtain service and budget levels determined by management • Adjust routing on a real-time basis to allocate to different skills and/or vendors based on service level or contractual metrics • Coordinate with IT Security to create new employees in the “SSO” systems (Symbee, Amazon, Verint) and add/adjust/monitor appropriate skills/permissions • Create/Adjust routing profiles (skills) in ACD and Workforce Management Systems • Act as point of contact for access/permissions issues related to WFM systems (Verint, Amazon, Symbee) • Direct and coordinate the real-time operation. Make decisions related to overtime, vacation, and time off without pay • Analyze real time contact center trends including all customer contact volumes/ patterns, staff productivity, absenteeism, and resource allocation • Monitor and adjust daily/weekly/monthly employee schedules, and make empowered decisions based on any impact to staffing levels • Create “Intraday” reporting and distribute to management team • Interact with Managers, Supervisors, and Outsource Partners throughout the day to optimize performance • Assists in the recovery from periodic outages and system down-time as they occur within the contact center • Monitor severe weather (forecast and current) that may impact volumes, location closures, and inventory loss • Monitor airport activity that may impact flight delays and call arrival volume/patters • Serve as a primary contact for contact center WFM to make decisions or escalate work related issues in the absence of the department manager and/or scheduling analyst • Coordinate/conduct daily briefings with WFM team and leadership team to ensure staffing opportunities are brought to the attention of operations • Facilitates recovery efforts from periodic outages and system down time when they occur within the contact center • Act as backup for critical roles, including department Scheduler, Forecaster, and Technology Analyst • Other duties as assigned
• Develop and implement comprehensive aligned sourcing strategies for MRO / auto parts as well as vended maintenance • Ensure the development of agreements and supplier relationships which secure competitive terms and conditions to mitigate risks related to cost volatility, regulations, and market dynamics. • Drive compliance to sourcing strategies across a fragmented supplier base, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and delivery of savings goals. • Build and maintain supplier relationships through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), maximizing value across cost, service, and quality. • Work closely with the regional and local procurement operations teams to ensure development of the most cost-efficient, service optimized supply chains from suppliers to retail sites which includes creation and operationalization of best in class inventory management processes • Support the development and implementation of standardized international procurement practices. • Share and leverage cross-market best practices to enhance global procurement performance. • Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and global procurement teams to ensure strategies meet business needs and deliver measurable outcomes. • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring accountability to service levels, quality standards, and contractual obligations. • Proactively identify and address supply chain, labor, and cost-related risks. • Develop and report on KPIs to measure savings, compliance, and overall supplier effectiveness.
