• Lider funcțional al proiectului tehnic din faza de ofertare, până în faza de concept și dezvoltare în serie • Interfața tehnică cu clientul: responsabil pentru alinierea cerințelor cu părțile interesate/furnizorii • Responsabil pentru ingineria & managementul cerințelor în proiect • Responsabil pentru arhitectura sistemului, definiția produsului și design, asigurându-se că designul produsului respectă toate cerințele • Asigurarea managementului configurației cerințelor și artefactelor de design în instrumente specifice (ex: DOORS, PTC) • Conducerea părții tehnice în proiecte specifice pentru clienți în faza de ofertare

• Manage activities according to ISO 26262, plan System Safety Activities with respect to Project Time schedules • Participate in Safety Analyses of system, subsystem, hardware and software architectures. Safety Analyses include HARA, DFMEA, FTA, DFA, ETA • Specify and document safety concepts and requirements for safety architecture including HW and SW aspects • Communicate to engineering design teams the system safety aspects and communicate what is required to meet specified safety integrity levels • Review System and Discipline Test Plans and Specifications to ensure compliance with safety plan with respect to the verification of derived Safety concepts • Interface with Customers regarding the technical safety aspects for the system and support quoting proposals • Interface with Quality Assurance (IATF 16949) • Collaborate with supporting processes • Conclude on functional safety of the products, based on Safety Case

• Be involved in the requirements management process with the responsibility to review product requirements • Define relevant test cases targeting to ensure the best coverage of the given requirements • Create test scripts according to coding guidelines and by applying black-box testing techniques (Test tool used - CANoe, Programming language used - CAPL) • Create defect reports and analyze failures (at both Software and System levels) • Participate in the definition and creation of core test libraries used as a basis for the test scripts • Create/configure own test bench based on specification (test benches can be accessed remotely) • Work with different external measurement and test conditions simulation devices such as: oscilloscope, digital multimeter, temperature chamber, signal generator, etc. (all external equipment can be controlled in an automated way from the test tool) • Be part of continuous improvement activities that aim to improve test automation and test process automation • Set up and update the test documentation accordingly • Take an active part in defining and planning testing activities, while collaborating with the team to develop and deliver innovative and Best-in-Class products

• Analyze current processes together with process owners and determine automation feasibility • Create process maps and document steps • Develop RPA process end-to-end • Support existing RPA implementations and demands • Develop and deliver automation solutions according to schedule • Suggest improvements to current infrastructure and tools

• Support in standardizing documents and implementing process improvements, including the associated KPIs • Assist in creating new templates at local and global levels • Support evaluation of online surveys and development of potential solution proposals • Draft process descriptions and work instructions • Support the implementation of standardized processes, e.g., by training employees

• Implementarea activităților de cibersecuritate conform procesului de dezvoltare V-cycle și cerințelor produsului (analiză a riscurilor) în timpul dezvoltării produsului: • Colectarea necesităților tehnice pentru produsul țintă • Crearea și actualizarea planului de cibersecuritate • Sprijinirea echipei sistem în definirea itemului • Gestionarea analizei amenințărilor și evaluării riscurilor (TARA) inclusiv cotația CAL (dacă este cazul) • Definirea și/sau evaluarea obiectivelor de cibersecuritate • Armonizarea cerințelor de cibersecuritate ale clienților și cerințelor interne ale produsului • Dezvoltarea conceptului funcțional de cibersecuritate și cerințelor asociate • Participarea la revizuirile activităților de proiectare • Crearea și menținerea dosarului de cibersecuritate
