• Lead design strategy for complex, high-impact initiatives, driving user-centric decision making. • Own the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to execution and post-launch iteration. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma. • Shape and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, leadership and other key stakeholders to define user problems and design effective solutions. • Present and communicate design solutions effectively to stakeholders, balancing strategic objectives with execution.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable web applications using Node.js with TypeScript, NetJS, and React • Develop high-quality, testable, and performant code following best practices • Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and contribute to technical decision-making • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security • Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and/or mobile applications • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define acceptance criteria and testing requirements • Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, etc.) • Perform regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing • Validate fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release • Contribute to and improve QA processes, standards, and documentation • Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives • Advocate for quality and user experience throughout the development lifecycle
