• Own, manage, and orchestrate a regional direct sales strategy to build a pipeline of OEM opportunities to meet and exceed annual booking targets. • New Account Development: Respond to incoming leads, prospect, qualify, and close new audio/video companies who do not have or are looking to implement a networked strategy. • Existing Account Management: Identify opportunities, develop, and maintain forecasts, and manage the day-to-day engagements within existing OEM partner accounts. • Build trusted relationships with OEM Partners which will help to develop a broad and deep understanding of the partner’s priorities, strategies, and lead to important information exchanges. • Proactively conduct product development and roadmap discussions with OEM partners. • Partner and lead efforts with Audinate team members to help OEM customers with their vision, questions, and needs. • Attend customer meetings and multiple trade shows each year. • Maintain and manage Salesforce and CPQ CRM/Quoting tools.

About the role We are seeking an exceptional Senior Engineer to join us and work on edge-deployed software that runs on-site and on-device, focusing primarily on Go and Rust development. You will be responsible for completing large, complex projects from end to end, working within the constraints of both embedded systems and high-resource systems with demanding requirements. You will make a significant impact on our platform and work on a wide range of projects and technologies, expanding your skill set. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain software for edge-deployed systems using Go and Rust - Work on projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables - Work with the complexities of high quality and high performance video systems and the realities of the internet - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML Engineers, to integrate AI modules with specific requirements and constraints - Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the Iris Platform - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field About you - Demonstrated experience (or strong demonstrated interest) in one or more of the following: distributed computing; robotics; AI/ML; video products; large scale infrastructure; complex IoT systems; real-time or mission-critical systems e.g. autonomous vehicles, avionics, spacecraft, drones etc - Proficiency in Go and Rust; comfortable working with TypeScript and React. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Strong communication and collaboration skills for effectively working as part of a remote team - Awareness of the challenges and opportunities associated with working in a small, fast-paced startup environment - Personal passion for hardware and embedded projects - Startup experience, with founder experience very welcome $160,000 - $190,000 a year Compensation Audinate aims to pay a competitive salary that is aligned to market however exact final salary will vary dependent on skills and experience, location and internal equity. • Lead and manage a remote team of engineers in the US and Mexico in the development of a large, complex video and robotics system involving multiple components. • Design, develop, and maintain software for the Iris platform that runs: Browser+Electron (TypeScript + React); Desktop (Go + Rust); Embedded (Go + Rust). • Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring, and leverage best practice to maintain high standards of software quality within the team • Co-ordinate with stakeholders throughout the organization and act as point of contact ensuring swift communications across geographies. • Oversee day to day operations and activities, scheduling and capacity management across releases. • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field, including having an opinion on the place of LLMs and AI agents in the development process and continuously updating this opinion as the area evolves
