Role Description We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Client Solutions Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. As a designated Atlas Client Solutions Manager, you will be based directly within the Atlas Sales team and report to one of our SVPs. Your role will be pivotal in day-to-day communication with our clients, providing a contact point for requests, bids, and internal liaison to help ensure our client needs are met as a solutions-based provider within the primary market research healthcare space. This role will reward those looking to either initiate a new career pathway within a commercial capacity or those already in commercial who are looking to gain rapid experience and progression within the industry, working within a highly experienced team. - Acting as a communication hub for clients/customers - Building long-term rapport with customers - Resolving customer disputes and attending to enquiries - Providing reports on accounts - Finding opportunities to assist with the growth of the company - Developing ideas/strategies to help build a good relationship with clients - Assisting with critical issues and escalations on projects - Supporting senior commercial team with the management of new and existing clients - Generating bid proposals, as a result of client requests for your allocated client accounts - Consulting with clients on sample design and business issues - Gathering country-specific healthcare data to present to clients for proper targeting and set study expectations - Contacting panel vendors worldwide to review specs, provide capabilities, negotiate pricing, and commission projects - Managing project-related matters including commencement kick-off calls, planning, project timelines, and issue resolution - Acting as liaison point between operations and client as needed - Maintaining relationships with existing vendors while scoping new vendors worldwide - Conducting research for difficult specifications or diseases to set client expectations and provide reasoning behind actual feasibility and pricing - Providing support for the Project Management team to problem solve and create solutions - Assisting Senior VP with business development - Working directly with our Atlas Primary Finance team to ensure timely invoicing - Providing key internal performance data for your accounts - Facilitating communication between Business Development team and Project Management team to incorporate feedback and project outcomes into new bids/projects Qualifications - Experience in an account management role or related profession - 8+ years experience working within the Healthcare sector is preferred - Excellent communication skills - Excellent in both written and spoken English - Detail oriented - Out of the box thinker - Pro-active in communicating - Comfortable speaking on the phone and writing emails to clients - Experienced with CRM software and MS Office 365 - Knowledgeable about delivering solutions based on customer needs - Ability to manage multiple projects - Excellent negotiation and leadership skills - BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or related field - Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and understanding of different therapy areas

This position reports directly to the Director of Qualitative Operations. - Manage projects, communicate directly with clients, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Provide clients with daily status updates and resolve inefficiencies to help streamline processes. - Recommend and suggest solutions to clients to meet project's requirements. - Complete projects on schedule and within budget. - Ensure survey screeners are programmed correctly by testing links and verifying data. - Work with and manage internal recruiting teams and vendors. - Actively track and report across all sample recruiting methodologies. - Act as a liaison between internal and external client field management teams to ensure adherence to project plans. - Identify inefficiencies and streamline processes to optimize productivity and effectiveness. - Willingness to wear multiple hats and take on responsibilities outside of traditional project management duties as needed. - Work with supervisor to verify project revenue and expenses. Qualifications - Minimum 5 – 7 years field operations experience in the Healthcare market research industry is required. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal direction. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Team player with a proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. - Problem-solving skills to identify and implement creative solutions, overcome obstacles, and mitigate risks. - Experience working in a remote environment. - High proficiency with MS Office, Gmail, Zoom, MS Teams, etc. - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
