Role Description Assurasource is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) to provide high-quality counseling services and clinical supervision to licensed and associate counselors. The ideal candidate will deliver therapeutic care to clients and support the professional growth of supervisees in a collaborative, remote environment. - Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs. - Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to LPC-Associate and LPC candidates pursuing licensure. - Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to ethical and regulatory standards. - Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches and crisis intervention techniques. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies. - Promote a safe, supportive, and professional therapeutic environment. - Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of best practices in counseling and supervision. Qualifications - Valid, active LPC-S license in the state of Texas. - Experience providing clinical supervision to LPC-Associate or LPC candidates. - Strong clinical counseling skills and ability to work with diverse populations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation standards. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. - Commitment to professional development and ethical practice. Requirements - Specialized training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care). - Experience with telehealth service delivery. - Bilingual abilities (Spanish-English) are a plus.
