Role Description In this role, you will help deliver high-quality counseling services while supporting clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care. Requirements - Some prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling, is preferred. - Exposure to conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans. - Strong clinical documentation skills. - Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches. - Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Role Description Assurasource is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) to provide high-quality counseling services and clinical supervision to licensed and associate counselors. The ideal candidate will deliver therapeutic care to clients and support the professional growth of supervisees in a collaborative, remote environment. - Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs. - Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to LPC-Associate and LPC candidates pursuing licensure. - Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to ethical and regulatory standards. - Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches and crisis intervention techniques. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies. - Promote a safe, supportive, and professional therapeutic environment. - Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of best practices in counseling and supervision.
