We are a remote, distributed workplace with teammates based in Europe and North America. **Overview** We’re seeking an individual with expertise in wholesale electricity markets ,and demand response, and cross-functional project management. This role will help Leap evaluate future markets and programs to enter, and then coordinate lead the cross-functional launch process for new chosen markets/programs.

• Develop and implement the strategies and processes required for participation in wholesale electricity markets, as well as state and utility-run programs. Leap’s current and/or expected market need is primarily CAISO with additional more limited needs in NYISO, ERCOT, MISO and PJM, but experience in any market is welcome and/or desired. • Build and manage financial revenue models for your respective markets / programs; prepare monthly accruals, forecasts and reconciliations to actuals; and coordinate on monthly partner payment activities. • Engage with external stakeholders such as state regulators, program administrators, and Leap’s customers. • Based on your expertise and participation in the above, develop short and mid-term market strategies that help Leap achieve growth in its customer base and revenue in your respective markets / programs. • Work to drive cross-functional coordination with Leap’s other internal teams to achieve Leap’s growth and revenue targets in your respective markets and as a Company as a whole.

• Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing the most promising new market and product opportunities for Leap’s virtual power plant (VPP) technology platform. • Cultivating relationships and expansion opportunities with Utilities, Retailers, and other buyers of energy, capacity, and ancillary services in North American markets. • Working across internal teams, as well as with clients and partners, to achieve market entry success. • Tracking market trends to identify future opportunities and expand Leap’s presence in both existing and new markets. • Organizing market and product information to provide input to our Product, Engineering, and Operational teams to develop our platform.

• DA-Desk process Disbursement Accounts on behalf of many vessel Operators globally, our role in the processing team is to make the job of the Vessel Operator as efficient as possible. We ensure the accuracy of Disbursement Accounts, and we provide insight into costs which Operators would not normally have. Part of this function is the correct and efficient communication with stakeholders in the life cycle of a DA • The role of the DA Processing Specialist is to ensure communication with the Agents is executed in an accurate and efficient manner, as well as the processing of DAs as required.
