Role Description The Corporate Loan Officer, Third-Party Originations, is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans primarily through Ascent's third-party broker channel. This role develops and manages relationships with commercial mortgage brokers, debt advisors, and sponsors to source, structure, and close new lending opportunities. Serving as the primary point of contact for broker partners, the Corporate Loan Officer provides responsive deal structuring, clear communication, and reliable execution to establish Ascent as a preferred lending partner.
