Role Description As Armis rapidly scales its operations, we are seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance team and directly support our commercial compliance efforts. This role will be an integral part of maintaining and strengthening our overall security posture. You will focus on the foundational work of security, assisting our team in gathering essential evidence, documenting control implementation across our platforms, and ensuring the smooth operation of our key security processes. You will collaborate closely with various departments and end-users across the company, primarily supporting the vital functions of the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (OCISO) team. What you'll do: - Audit and Assessment Support: Provide direct support for external and internal audit efforts, specifically focusing on frameworks such as SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and ISO 42001. - Evidence Management & Monitoring: Execute and document procedures for continuous monitoring and evidence gathering. Implement automated solutions, including utilizing AI, to effectively reduce manual efforts associated with repetitive evidence collection tasks, ensuring security artifacts are accurately captured and readily available. - Policy and Documentation: Review, edit and update internal security policies, standards and procedures to ensure they accurately reflect current operational controls and compliance requirements. - Vendor and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM): Assist in the supply chain risk management program by tracking vendor compliance documentation, reviewing vendor security posture, and maintaining the vendor risk register. - Risk and Sales Support: Participate in internal security audits and support the business development team by completing security questionnaires for Requests for Proposal (RFP), ensuring accurate and compliant representation of our controls. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in a security, IT audit, GRC or related technical field. - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. - Maintain industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and work toward advanced certifications such as (ISC)² CISSP. - Foundational understanding of diverse regulatory environments and major security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOC, HIPAA, SOX, NIST, FedRAMP, GovRAMP, DoD IL 5/6 PCI DSS). - Foundational understanding of enterprise IT and OT/ICS environments, including network protocols, operating systems, cloud platforms and security technologies. - Foundational understanding of core cloud technologies, particularly security concepts and services within AWS and GCP. - Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage documentation effectively. - Excellent written communication skills, with experience reviewing and editing formal technical documents and policies. This role focuses on one of our core products (AppSec) and is crucial for driving technical sales and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales or as a Sales Engineer, with a deep understanding and passion for vulnerability solutions and remediation. You’ll wear many hats in this role, quickly growing into a commercially-focussed SME for the offering. What you will do... - Act as a technical overlay specialist in the sales process. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose solutions that effectively demonstrate the value of AppSec. - Lead and support pre-sales activities including technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution scoping. Work closely with prospects to understand their technical challenges and requirements. - Become a subject matter expert on AppSec and related vulnerability and remediation technologies. Articulate the technical benefits and competitive advantages to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Engage with prospects and customers to build strong relationships and understand their pain points. Provide expert guidance on how we can address their specific vulnerability management needs. - Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and influence the product roadmap. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer success. - Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in vulnerability management and remediation. What we expect... - 7+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, SME overlay, or similar technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry. - A clear track record of success against targets and quota at similar or adjacent scaling Cyber security companies. - Strong understanding of vulnerability management solutions is essential. Experience with AppSec or similar competing products (inferior of course), is highly preferred. - Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Proven ability to understand customer needs and build relationships based on trust and credibility. - Genuine enthusiasm for cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and the impact of proactive remediation strategies. A self-motivated, independent thinker who understands the Enterprise customer segment. The salary range guidance for this position is: $130,000-$160,000 The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits (i.e. bonuses, commissions, stocks, health insurance benefits, etc.) offered to candidates. Role Description The Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer will provide second level support with a focus on our US based customers. As part of our Engineers based in the US, you’ll help pave the way as the knowledge source to our growing customer base, as you will work to resolve our customers’ most pressing technical issues. - Take ownership of customer cases and troubleshoot customers’ issues. - Support customers in making the most of our products. - Work on projects either within/with other teams to create a company-wide impact. Qualifications - Must be a US Citizen - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role - Industry experience in Cyber Security, particularly network security or application security is required - Experience with enterprise customer accounts is required - Technical networking knowledge in TCP/IP and the application layer - Technical experience supporting Linux-based products - Composing SQL queries and working with Databases - Working with Docker/Kubernetes-based environments is preferred - Experience with Scripting languages (Bash, Python or equivalent) is preferred - BS degree in CS or equivalent is preferred - Enjoy working with customers using excellent communication and problem-solving skills Requirements - Salary range guidance for this position is: $70,000-$100,000 per year. - Bonus and Pre IPO Equity Benefits - Comprehensive health benefits - Discretionary time off - Paid holidays including monthly me days - Highly inclusive and diverse workplace
