• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision making. • Identify trends in pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue attainment. • Provide weekly and monthly performance insights to Sales Leadership. • Translate sales data into actionable recommendations to improve results. • Coordinate sales forecasting processes and maintain forecast accuracy. • Support sales planning, territory planning, and quota development. • Analyze historical sales performance and market trends to support strategic planning. • Monitor competitive landscape and market signals impacting sales performance. • Responsible for the administration and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales technology tools. • Ensure data integrity, consistent reporting structures, and accurate pipeline management. • Implement system enhancements and support new tool adoption. • Provide training and enablement to ensure effective system utilization across the sales team. • Evaluate and improve sales workflows, policies, and operational processes. • Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle and recommend improvements. • Standardize sales reporting, operational procedures, and performance tracking. • Partner with leadership to align systems, tools, and processes with business goals. • Reconcile revenue sources, leads, and pipeline reporting. • Monitor sales-related expenses and operational metrics. • Generate and distribute reports for executive leadership and the sales organization. • Ensure reporting accuracy across CRM and other sales platforms. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Enablement to support revenue growth. • Support special initiatives and operational projects as requested by leadership. • Coordinate communications regarding process updates, policies, and operational changes. • Manage operational documentation and reporting requests. • Assist with sales meetings, operational reviews, and team communications as needed.
• Meet and exceed annual revenue quota. • Responsible for prospecting and self-development of leads and/or generating new business from existing accounts and progressing them to opportunity stage and eventually win business. • Pursue leads as presented by the SDR, BDR and Partner Teams as a meeting set and work to progress the lead to the opportunity stage and eventually win business. • Conducting on-line demos of APS products and completing sales with minimal supervision. • Keep current on the product and system knowledge to effectively demonstrate APS Technology Platform. • Self-management of sales activity and opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com is required. • Collaborating with Marketing on lead quality and conversion. • Responsible for getting the Service Agreement and the Sales Order signed. • Handling questions and expectations from new clients as they transition from sales to implementation. • Assist in the following front-end implementation calls to transition the client from Sales to Implementation and to ensure the client objectives discussed in the sales process are detailed and discussed in the client’s onboarding. • Internal Review Call: Schedule and facilitate the internal review call with the Project Manager, and initiate transitioning the client to Project Manager/Implementation. • Kickoff Call: Participate in the kickoff call to transition the client to Project Manager/Implementation. • Travel required at 60% of time.
