• Lead testing, configuration, piloting, and integration of NetSuite Supply Chain modules, including Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and assets • Lead on the pilot of the IMC PIMS inventory system, and support its scaling based on a successful pilot • Produce and maintain system documentation, training materials, dashboards, and reports • Manage data collection, cleansing, migration, and ongoing system level data (users, warehouses, suppliers, products, workflows) • Roll out Supply Chain systems across all RI countries, including training, configuration, golives, and post implementation support • Coordinate stakeholders to align expectations, manage risks, and ensure systems drive organizational efficiency • Oversee and deliver 1st–3rd line support structures for RI Supply Chain and Operations systems and act as focal point for external support partners • Lead scaling, integration, rollout and support of a 3rd-party medical inventory management system alongside NetSuite deployment • Strengthen processes by reviewing local and global supply chain practices, and support with revising Supply Chain and Operations policies and process, including embedding cross functional ways of working • Supporting emergency responses as required, including emergency deployment if needed
