Role Description ATS is seeking a fulltime ASNT NDT Level III Training Manager. This is a remote position for candidates residing in the southeastern US (GA, VA, NC, SC, KY, TN, FL, AL or LA) while assigned to/reporting to ATS Headquarters in Marietta, GA. This is an FLSA exempt salaried position. - Lead the development and standardization of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) training programs across all ATS departments. - Ensure training materials and programs meet ASNT CP-105 guidelines. - Support training in RT, MT, PT, UT, and VT methods. - Partner with operations and leadership to advance technical competency across the organization. Qualifications - ASNT NDT Level III certification in at least one method; multiple ASNT Level III certifications strongly preferred. - Experience developing and delivering training programs. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. - Strong knowledge of NDT standards (e.g., SNT-TC-1A). - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple training programs. Role Description The Customer Experience Specialist owns ongoing customer relationships and serves as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales and service lifecycle. This role manages inbound customer inquiries and assigned leads, guides customers through appropriate ATS service solutions, and ensures timely, accurate follow-up through opportunity closure. The position requires strong communication skills, disciplined CRM management, and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships with urgency and professionalism. Role Description ATS is seeking an Account Manager to help grow our Inspection business in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, & Reliability Services. The successful candidate can expect to partner with operations leadership and service team members to deliver award-winning services to clients. The AM position is responsible for growing, maintaining, and sustaining profitable revenue streams with assigned and new clients that have a need for NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services. This position is remote and directly supports Mobile, AL. Candidates that apply to this position need to already live in the general region or have relocation plans to the area.
