• Support a profitable book of business by accepting or rejecting new, renewal, and endorsement applications in accordance with company guidelines • Maintain thorough knowledge of class of business and line of business trends, providing market insight expertise to help build and improve our AI-assisted selection and pricing models • Collaborate with our internal actuarial, claims, and compliance teams on pricing adequacy, loss experience, and state-specific regulatory requirements • Identify gaps in pricing market norms and modeled output; provide actionable guidance for underwriting and product team • Monitor profitability and quality of submissions • Keep up-to-date with underwriting, product, and pricing changes • Price risks and place facultative reinsurance • Model CRP and/or BOP risks to ensure accuracy in pricing • Modify coverage terms and conditions to reduce pricing and eligibility friction and better serve our customers with insurance solutions

• Deliver patient care across SteadyMD's programs, including but not limited to: urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring and primary care. • Conduct evaluations via video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics). • Serve a diverse patient population while exemplifying inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices. • Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery. • Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset by training on all programs as assigned and approved by the Medical Executive Committee and working across multiple programs during scheduled shifts to provide timely, high quality, patient-centered care. • Act as a clinical leader within SteadyMD’s operations, setting the standard for care delivery, professionalism and collaboration. • Collaborate with peers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance program performance and patient outcomes. • Participate in supervision requirements as applicable for credentialing and licensure. • Cooperation with all teams on obtaining and maintaining additional licensure, and SteadyMD or program specific credentialing requirements as needed.

• Manage end-to-end credentialing for providers from intake through approval • Build and maintain provider profiles in Modio • Track credentialing workflows and progress in JIRA • Perform primary source verification, including licenses, education, board certifications, DEA, and other required credentials • Conduct sanction screenings (OIG, SAM, NPDB) and complete compliance reviews • Partner cross-functionally to move providers from Credentialing Approved to Clear to Practice (CTP) • Communicate with providers to ensure timely completion of credentialing applications and required documentation • Maintain accurate credentialing records and support compliance requirements
