AppAgent / Strategic Growth for Mobile Games

• Identify opportunities to strengthen our services, address internal weaknesses, and advance our growth offering. • Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies for key clients, from UA and ASO to new market entries, while elevating internal frameworks. • Build and nurture long-term client partnerships based on a deep understanding of their business goals and the broader mobile gaming ecosystem. • Lead, mentor, and support the Growth Team, setting clear standards for the team’s work while helping colleagues develop their expertise. • Integrate AI-driven tools and solutions into the team’s workflow and explore how new technologies can enhance both client deliverables and internal processes.

• Executing across the full range of creative outputs: 2D motion, AI generation, editing, game replay recording, and elements of graphic design. • Co-developing concepts with the Creative Lead - contributing ideas and bringing strong visual instincts to the collaboration. • Taking briefs and running with them independently, making confident creative decisions through to a finished output. • Actively integrating AI generation tools into your production workflow as a creative and efficiency multiplier. • Applying UA creative knowledge to every output - understanding what makes a mobile ad perform.

• Leading UA video creative concept development and owning visual quality from brief to delivery. • Briefing and directing Motion Designers with clear, structured feedback across fast-moving production pipelines. • Applying creative testing thinking - using performance data to sharpen future output. • Joining client calls, presenting your creative thinking and responding to client needs. • Bringing an AI-first mindset to ideation, concepting, and production workflows.

• Leading visual execution of high-performing UA assets across video, statics, and ASO • Briefing and directing Motion Designers and Designers with clear, structured feedback across fast-moving production pipelines • Auditing client-provided assets to ensure they meet technical specs and identify how they can be used effectively in creative development • Bringing AI tools naturally into your process, whether for ideation, production, or workflow.

• Designing high-quality mobile marketing assets based on briefs for international game publishers • Creating storyboards and 2D assets (and occasionally 3D) for animation and video production • Producing internal assets for AppAgent, including graphic content for social media, presentations, and infographics • Iterating on your work based on feedback and continuously improving the quality and consistency of your outputs

• Producing high-quality mobile marketing assets for international game publishers, including static ads, screenshots, feature art, icons, and more. • Creating storyboards and 2D assets (and occasionally 3D) for animation and video production. • Producing internal assets for AppAgent, including graphic content for social media, presentations, and infographics.
