Title: Director of Alternative Investments Location: Mt. Pleasant, SC Full Time Senior Manager/Supervisor Director of Alternative Investments Reports to: Chief Investment Officer Status: Exempt Work Environment: Remote or Hybrid Job Description: The Director of Alternative Investments role will be part of the Investment Management team and will report directly to the Chief Investment Officer at Apollon Wealth Management. This person will help enhance and support the Apollon investment platform, which includes proprietary strategies, 3rd party SMAs, direct indexing, alternative investments, and other solutions designed for high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities: - Monitor any updates or changes to approved alternative investment strategies within the organization. Those strategies can include hedge funds, private credit, private equity, private assets, real estate and 1031 Delaware Statutory Trusts. - Conduct rigorous operational and investment due diligence on alternative strategies. - Present new strategies recommendations to the Apollon Investment Committee as well as report on macroeconomic trends. - Help advisors with portfolio construction for high-net-worth clients including incorporating alternative investments. - Ensure that product and marketing documentation remains current and accurate, reflecting the latest information and developments. - Provide support to advisors by addressing their inquiries regarding the investment platform. - Manage third party relationships with alternative investments sponsor firms. Minimum Education: - Bachelor's degree. - MBA preferred. - CAIA and/or CFA designation preferred. Skills and Experience: - 10 - 15 years experience in financial services. - 6 – 8 years experience conducting due diligence on alternative investments. - Strong communication skills. - Strong excel skills. - Self-motivated.

Title: Billing Analyst Location: Charleston, SC Job Description: Full Time Mid Level Reports to: Director of Billing Status: Exempt Remote or Hybrid The Billing Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting the firm’s billing processes across Practifi and Orion. This role handles billing data maintenance, billing cycle execution, audits, reconciliations, payment posting, and reporting to ensure accurate client billing and advisor compensation. Responsibilities: Practifi Billing Tasks - Maintain and update billing-related fields and data within Practifi, including: - Fee details - Payout details - ADV details - Previous advisor information - Zero balance approval fields - Billing start dates - Payee updates - Manage and relate households for billing purposes. - Maintain indirect billing relationships. - Approve and process zero balance accounts when required. - Close accounts and calculate refunds when applicable. - Track and manage uncollectable balances. - Maintain and update billing adjustment spreadsheets including: - Fee refunds - Successfully collected fees - Uncollectables - Trade errors - Fee corrections. Orion Billing Responsibilities - Post client payments within Orion. - Manage and execute billing cycles. - Run audits of Orion data to ensure accuracy. - Run mock billing cycles and provide results to advisors along with: - Accounting Reports - Payable Summary (including by rep), Cash Funding - Run live billing cycles and provide results to accounting along with: - Accounting Reports - Payable Summary (including by rep), Billing Data & Payee Query - Submit fee files. - Reconcile completed billing cycles. - Push funds to TD Bank related to billing activity. Pleasant, SC Job Description: Reports to:SVP of Custodial Operations Status: Exempt Hybrid We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Associate to join our Client Service Operations Department and our esteemed wealth management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experiences by providing high-quality service and support. Duties: Core Operational Support - Provide back-office investment operations support to advisors and clients through Salesforce tasking and custodian execution, including: - New account openings - Money movement requests - Account transfers (ACATs and non-ACATs) - Address changes and account updates - Client distributions and RMDs - Contributions and deposits - General account service requests - Assist in the onboarding of accounts as part of advisor and client Transitions to ensure a smooth, accurate, and timely onboarding experience. - Document, track, and complete all assigned tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. - Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory and firm compliance standards. Custodian & Internal Coordination - Work closely with custodial partners such as Fidelity, Pershing, Schwab, and Raymond James. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless processing across departments. - Research and resolve account-related issues by collaborating with custodians, carriers, and internal stakeolders. Brokerage & Direct-Held Support - Deliver comprehensive servicing for complex advisory and brokerage (commission-based) relationships. - Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of brokerage accounts, ensuring compliance with FINRA and custodian regulations. - Assist advisors with brokerage-specific forms, disclosures, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. - Maintain strong knowledge of direct-held business, including carrier requirements, processes, and documentation. Complex Case Management & Escalations - Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex client inquiries and service issues. - Manage client and custodian escalations, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions that enhance the client experience. - Oversee complex account openings, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies. Process Improvement & Documentation - Help document, update, and maintain departmental processes and procedures. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. - Demonstrate advanced proficiency in brokerage and investment operations to support ongoing refinement of best practices.
