This includes requirements gathering, developing project plans, architecting solutions and testing. - Experience leading and mentoring developers and software development focused blended teams. Salary Range: $110, 000 - $145,000 - Antech applies several factors to determine each individual’s appropriate salary component in their compensation package, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific elements and broader organizational requirements. The range displayed represents the overall expected salary range for this position and is just one component of Antech’s total compensation package for employees.
