• Support the recruitment process and help ensure a smooth, professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. • Gain hands-on experience with the full hiring cycle, as well as broader business operations. • Partner with hiring managers to draft, update, and refine job descriptions aligned with business needs. • Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels to build strong hiring pipelines. • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future roles. • Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate interview rounds with internal teams. • Conduct reference checks and support basic background verification as part of the hiring process. • Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication throughout the hiring process to deliver a positive candidate experience. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and hiring tracker, including interview feedback and next steps. • Provide coordination and administrative support for People Operations and team initiatives, as needed.

Our approach is to reach young people where they are — online — and embed our interventions into the platforms they use every day (e.g., TikTok, Discord). We're seeking a technical leader who understands both the potential of AI, as well as its ethical, safety, and privacy considerations. Over the next decade, our goal is to serve 300 million interventions worldwide—equivalent to helping one young person every second of every day. This is a highly flexible fractional role. Think ~20-30 hours a week, fully remote, with No-Meeting Fridays. You can pursue other projects, research, or consulting, so long as you can commit to Koko’s mission and dive into code when needed. • You'll drive full-cycle revenue growth by hunting, pitching, and closing deals. • Conduct discovery calls with C-suite stakeholders, deliver killer product demos, negotiate contracts, and turn prospects into customers who can't imagine working without us. • Build and crush a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and partner collaboration • Conduct consultative sales processes that uncover real business problems and position us as the solution • Deliver compelling product demos and proposals tailored to client needs • Close deals from initial pitch to signed contract • Navigate buying committees and influence multiple stakeholders at the executive level • Own your territory and hit (or exceed) your quota • Collaborate with partnership, product, and customer success teams to drive the closure of high-value deals.
