• Drive traffic growth from Google Search and AI-driven answer engines across consumer brands. • Own organic performance, visibility, and traffic for multiple brands. • Build quarterly and monthly organic growth plans, prioritize initiatives across SEO and content. • Define and track key KPIs for SEO, GEO, and AEO, communicating insights to leadership. • Develop and execute a holistic organic search strategy tailored to AI answer engines. • Lead content strategy and production for onsite and blog content, ensuring alignment with key keywords. • Build and manage an AI-enabled content workflow for ideation, drafting, optimization, and publishing. • Use Profound as a core platform for monitoring brand visibility and optimize content strategy. • Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap for content optimization and SEO.
• Develop and execute customer service strategies that align with company goals and enhance customer satisfaction. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service representatives. • Establish performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve customer support processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey. • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Drive initiatives to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

• Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end and year-end close processes to ensure complete, accurate and timely financial reporting • Manage and review the work of two accountants supporting multiple entities, overseeing the general ledger, inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets, while providing the data and guidance needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of all responsibilities • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Improve and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting • Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership, including variance analysis and key performance metrics • Support the CEO and Head of Finance with a wide range of requests and initiatives, managing tasks of all sizes with accuracy, discretion, and urgency • Support tax compliance, including the preparation of all required tax returns • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements • Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function • Ensure the company’s accounting policies and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated • Stay current with changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance • Route and respond to third-party correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel as needed
