• Own team revenue targets and help drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals • Lead and develop a team of SDRs and Account Executives through hands-on coaching and performance management • Act as a player-coach by joining strategic deals, reviewing calls, and helping unblock opportunities • Improve sales process, pipeline velocity, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rates across the funnel • Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp high-performing sales talent as the team scales • Build structure and accountability around CRM hygiene, activity standards, and pipeline management in HubSpot • Partner with Marketing and RevOps to improve lead quality, reporting, and operational efficiency • Help refine sales process, compensation plans, and broader go-to-market strategy • Build a culture of urgency, ownership, execution, and continuous improvement
• Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via chat and email • Understand and identify customer needs, guiding them through specific features and functionalities • Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and customer records • Share updates about new features, improvements, or processes with customers • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Own the full marketing plan and hit pipeline + revenue targets • Build and run SMB demand gen: paid search/social, outbound support, webinars, email, lifecycle, mail • Improve conversion across the funnel (visit → lead → SQL → closed-won) • Own positioning + messaging and keep it tight, clear, and usable by Sales Ship content that drives deals: landing pages, case studies, sales enablement, product pages • Run experiments fast, keep what works, kill what doesn't • Manage budget and report results weekly (pipeline, CAC, payback, conversion rates) • Partner with Sales + Product daily to align on ICP, offers, and feedback from the field • Hire and lead a small team over time (or work hands-on until you do)
• Partner closely with Account Executives to support enterprise sales opportunities that require pilot programs or deeper product validation • Own the end-to-end execution of enterprise pilot programs, including kickoff, timelines, success criteria, and evaluation milestones • Lead onboarding and training to ensure practice teams can effectively adopt the Anagram platform • Provide workflow guidance and operational support to help practices integrate Anagram into existing processes • Monitor pilot progress and keep programs aligned with deal timelines and customer decision milestones • Drive engagement across clinical, operational, and billing stakeholders throughout the pilot • Demonstrate operational and financial value to support conversion of successful pilots into long-term customers • Gather feedback from pilot participants and share insights with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams • Document pilot outcomes and develop repeatable processes to improve future enterprise pilot success • Play a critical role in the sales organization by helping convert enterprise pilots into closed deals, with performance incentives tied to successful pilot outcomes and revenue impact
• Support payroll coordination (domestic and international), including off-cycle payments and commissions • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, system setup, and logistics • Maintain employee records and HR systems (JustWorks, Deel, etc.), ensuring accurate and compliant data • Support employee engagement initiatives and people programs • Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, renewals, and employee support • Coordinate with finance on payroll, invoices, and expense management using tools like Ramp • Maintain and update employee handbook, internal policies, and People Ops documentation • Provide general People Operations and administrative support to improve processes and support team needs
