• Ask thoughtful, intuitive questions over video or secure chat to understand the underlying issues behind illness, injury, or medical conditions. • Utilize clinical expertise, patient history, and remote diagnostic tools to provide precise and informed assessments in a virtual setting. • Efficiently order, interpret, and follow up on lab tests, leveraging digital platforms to personalize and coordinate each patient’s care plan. • Electronically write prescriptions and clearly explain their proper usage, administration, and possible side effects, ensuring patients feel informed and confident through virtual or written communication. • Work closely with physicians, fellow APPs, and the extended care team to deliver seamless, coordinated care with a patient-first approach. • Respond to emerging challenges with creative, patient-centered solutions that adapt to the realities and opportunities of virtual care.
Role Description Amaze Health delivers concierge-style virtual care that feels like having a trusted “doctor friend” on call 24/7, for everything from sudden illnesses to chronic conditions and mental health. As a true partner, we simplify the healthcare maze, guiding patients with clarity, compassion, and confidence while empowering them to take control of their health. We are looking for a Physician to join our team. The Physician will provide supervision and serve as resources to our interdisciplinary team. Minimal time required to consult and conduct periodic reviews. - Medical specialties: - Emergency Medicine - Internal Medicine - Family Medicine - Responsibilities: - Ask intuitive questions to discover causes of illness - Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history - Prescribe and interpret lab tests to obtain more information - Prescribe medications or drugs and provide comprehensive instructions for administration - Collaborate with other Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses to form a high performing team - Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients - Remain up-to-speed with developments and best practices in medicine Qualifications - Proven experience as a Physician - Respect for patient’s confidentiality - Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) - in good standing - DEA License - Must live in Kentucky Requirements - Salary: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Patients include children, adults and families. Candidates must have a compact Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. CA license is a plus. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) with 5+ years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to support a growing weight management and metabolic health program. This role focuses on medical weight loss, GLP‑1 therapy management, and nutrition-focused patient education, working closely with providers to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, highly organized, comfortable with chronic disease management, and passionate about helping patients achieve sustainable weight loss and improved overall health. This is a fully remote position and requires strong assessment skills and the ability to collaborate closely with care teams. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Weight Management - Support patients in medical weight loss programs, including GLP-1 medications. - Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and follow-ups for weight management and chronic conditions. - Educate on medication use, side effects, and lifestyle integration. - Assist in care planning for obesity, diabetes, and related conditions. - Coordinate patient care across providers, pharmacies, and care teams..
