Amaze Health is searching for an RN or LPN who can provide nursing care to mental health patients in a telemedicine environment and navigate the complex healthcare system to ensure the best care for the patient. We are in all 50 states and provide bridge services to decrease the gap in mental health support for patients across the country. Amaze is searching for someone who fits our model, who not only enjoys providing patient care and reducing stigma but also enjoys the dynamic of assisting clients in need with brief interventions with our mental health urgent care model. Our unique model allows nurses to work autonomously while supported by an interdisciplinary team of providers such as social workers, therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, family practitioners and other psychiatric nurses. Patients include children, adults and families. Candidates must have a compact Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. CA license is a plus. Candidates must reside in one of the following states to be considered for this position: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania or Texas.
Job Requirements
- Partner with individuals to achieve their recovery goals
- Provide health promotion and maintenance
- Conduct intake screening, evaluation, and triage
- Provide Case management
- Teach self-care activities
- Administer and monitor psychobiological treatment regimens
- Practice crisis intervention and stabilization
- Engage in psychiatric rehabilitation and intervention
- Educate patients, families, and communities
- Active unrestricted compact nursing license is required - RN or LPN
- Pay range is $60,000 - $90,000
