Role Description We are seeking a dynamic, driven sales executive in the West region to join our growing team. This Individual Contributor role requires relevant Ambulatory Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience, a proven track record in SaaS, and a competitive mindset. The ideal candidate will have successfully sold best in class SaaS solutions to large medical groups (50+ MDs). This role requires a deep understanding of the ambulatory RCM market, including the EHR/PM vendor competitive landscape as well as technical and integration considerations. We are seeking a highly capable Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Cloud & Enterprise Platforms who can immediately contribute across cloud architecture, enterprise systems engineering, infrastructure modernization, and platform reliability. This role is designed for a senior-level engineer who can independently lead initiatives, solve complex infrastructure challenges, and help shape the next phase of our technology evolution across cloud, hybrid infrastructure, security, and automation. You will serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across both cloud and enterprise infrastructure.
