• Develop and create various learning assets, including but not limited to modules, videos, job aids, and assessments for multiple learning platforms. • Manage and update learning content across different platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy. • Collect and maintain project information related to learning asset development, including timelines, requirements, and stakeholder feedback. • Utilize Asana to manage tasks, workflows, and project timelines for learning asset creation. • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other departments to gather content and ensure alignment of learning assets with business objectives. • Maintain detailed documentation of learning asset development and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership on the status of learning asset development and platform management. • Utilize Google G Suite, Asana, and Slack for project management and communication.

• Customize GBS’ online enrollment system to meet client specific enrollment needs • Analyze, process, and develop solutions to deliver a customized benefit enrollment system • Manage approx. 65 clients • Liaison with cross-function internal teams (including EDI, Brokers, and Account Managers)

• Organize, write, revise and maintain technical material per established company standards with respect to order, style, terminology and brand voice. • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides. • Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications. • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities. • Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
