• Handle user requests (email, chat, video calls) • Guide clients in onboarding and using their tools • Identify user-related issues • Write simple, illustrated user guides • Translate customer feedback into improvement suggestions

• Manage, nurture, and expand a dedicated portfolio of French-speaking leads and existing investors. • Act as the primary point of contact, providing expert guidance on market trends, local taxation, and investment opportunities in Thailand. • Proactively identify and prospect new potential clients through targeted commercial strategies and networking. • Orchestrate the entire client journey—from initial qualification and digital presentations to organizing physical or virtual viewings. • Follow up on administrative files and legal frameworks to ensure a smooth 'handover' experience for the client. • Maintain a rigorous CRM follow-up and provide regular activity reports to management to optimize conversion rates.
• Identify and qualify the needs of French-speaking investors. • Provide personalized advice on market opportunities in Bangkok and across Thailand. • Develop and nurture an international client portfolio through an approach based on active listening, availability, and responsiveness. • Orchestrate the entire sales cycle: from presenting property brochures to organizing viewings (physical or virtual) and leading final negotiations. • Act as a seamless interface between clients, developers, and legal services to ensure a secure and smooth transaction process. • Analyze market trends to refine the service offering and provide detailed activity reports to optimize client satisfaction and conversion rates.
