• You’ll become an AkitaBox product expert capable of presenting the value of our software and managing the entire sales process from finding a new customer or working a passed lead, to securing the deal and managing the transition to post-sales. • You’ll execute engaging technical software demonstrations to prospective customers using an enterprise sales approach. • You will demonstrate value to key stakeholders within the accounts during both fast moving and complex sales cycles as well as exceed monthly activity metrics, pipeline growth, and revenue goals. • You’ll execute a territory specific strategic plan and maintain a reliable revenue forecast and will maintain a pipeline sufficient to exceed your goal.
Sales Development Representative

• As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in both proactively targeting key accounts, as well as qualifying incoming marketing qualified leads. • Through phone calls and emails you will connect with senior level roles, educating and driving awareness of the benefits of AkitaBox solutions. • You will help to build the sales pipeline by generating sales qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. • You will be educating prospects with purposeful interactions, delivering a stellar customer experience in partnership with our sales team, and working with our marketing teams to continue optimizing our sales funnels. • Initiate telephone and email contact with potential Enterprise prospects from various lead sources, including but not limited to: Website, Online events, Social Media • Research into select identified accounts to identify key personas and develop a plan to reach out to the prospects • Conduct proactive activities to generate interest with relevant messaging based on targeted segment • Coordinate and facilitate initial discovery calls between prospects and AkitaBox Sales Executives • Manage a pipeline of leads, while meeting/exceeding response times • Record & maintain prospect information into CRM database • Coordinate campaign efforts & results with Marketing
