Treasury Solutions Architect

• Coach and guide Account Executives on how to structure and deliver treasury-focused demos — building team-wide capability and confidence with financial buyers, not just stepping in yourself • Train and upskill AEs and Customer Success Managers on US banking connectivity concepts, integration paths, and how to handle technical objections in the field • Develop reusable enablement assets: demo scripts, treasury workflow guides, bank compatibility matrices, and integration one-pagers • Establish a feedback loop between the field and Product, ensuring real prospect and customer insights shape the roadmap • Partner with Account Executives throughout complex mid-market sales cycles, bringing treasury and technical credibility to discovery calls, demos, and evaluations • Customize product demonstrations to reflect prospects' specific cash management workflows, ERP environments, and banking setups • Lead technical and treasury-focused conversations with CFOs, Controllers, and Treasurers to uncover pain points and map them to Agicap's value proposition • Build and present tailored business cases and ROI analyses to accelerate deal velocity and increase average contract value • Run proof-of-concept evaluations and sandbox environments for prospects, managing the technical track of the sales process end-to-end • Respond to RFPs and security/technical questionnaires • Contribute to competitive positioning by developing deep knowledge of US alternatives and articulating Agicap's differentiation • Serve as the primary expert on US banking connectivity during the sales process, advising prospects on integration paths (API, SFTP, H2H, SWIFT) with their existing banking relationships • Translate complex connectivity concepts into clear, non-technical language for CFO and Controller audiences — the communication bridge that turns technical depth into deal momentum • Proactively engage with US banks — both large national institutions and regional banks — to build and maintain connectivity partnerships and documentation • Help prospects anticipate integration complexity early, reducing post-sale surprises and accelerating time-to-live • Work hand-in-hand with implementation and customer success teams to streamline banking connectivity setup for new customers • Lead or support technical configuration of SFTP, H2H, and SWIFT connections across US banks, including large nationals (JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi) and smaller regional institutions (Note: as Agicap US scales, hands-on configuration work is expected to transition to a dedicated implementation resource — candidates will be set expectations accordingly) • Build and maintain a living playbook of US bank integration specs, contacts, and known requirements to reduce setup time across the team • Troubleshoot connectivity issues during onboarding and serve as an escalation point for banking integration challenges • Liaise with bank technical teams on behalf of customers when needed • Feed market and prospect insights back to Product to influence the US banking connectivity roadmap • Track and report on the impact of pre-sales involvement on win rate, deal size, and sales cycle length

Regional Marketing Manager

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to continue growing our US marketing presence in Austin, Texas. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic business partner to our US regional team and US CRO, collaborating closely on go-to-market strategy, regional growth, and alignment with our company’s vision. As the first marketing professional on the ground in the US, you will work directly with our headquarters team of 30 based in Europe to drive results. We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable building from the ground up, and can bridge global resources with local needs. - Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive revenue and demand generation, and brand awareness in the US market. - Serve as a strategic marketing partner to the US CRO and regional sales teams, ensuring strong alignment on business goals and pipeline development. - Collaborate with global marketing at HQ and our GTM agency to tailor and execute performance campaigns for the US market, utilizing a broad mix of digital and traditional marketing channels. - Foster relationships with industry partners, associations, and influencers in the finance field. - Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, field events, and industry conferences, including logistics, audience acquisition, and speaker management. - Communicate strategies, campaign plans, and results across regional and global teams for maximum impact and alignment. - Analyze key marketing metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future investments. - Continually monitor US and industry trends to refine messaging and marketing tactics. - Focus on driving Pipeline and MRR (monthly recurring revenue) through effective marketing mix and campaign execution. - Grow and position the AGICAP brand as a leader in cash flow management software within the US market. - Independently manage a variety of marketing projects, such as producing customer case studies and video testimonials, from ideation through completion. Qualifications - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in field marketing or regional marketing roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology sectors. - Demonstrated success working as a key business partner to sales, country managers, and cross-functional stakeholders on regional strategy. - Entrepreneurial, highly sales-oriented approach with a proven ability to thrive in a start-up or fast-growing environment. - Excellent project management and communication skills. - Experience with HubSpot and event/webinar tools is preferred. - Strong ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and drive multiple projects simultaneously to completion. - Experience collaborating across international teams and cultures. - Passionate team player who takes initiative and is motivated to achieve both personal and team goals. - Bonus: Experience working with US and/or global SaaS companies; familiarity with cash flow or financial management solutions is a plus.
