• Managing multiple states' regulatory operational requirements for distribution • Analysis of proposed and current regulatory requirements • Strategic positioning, risk assessment, financial and operational impacts • Interfacing as needed with commission staff • Assisting in the development of distribution policy • Supporting IT development • Leading/chairing various system work teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met • Direct ownership for the development, education, implementation, tracking and monitoring of regulatory compliance
