Role Description We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can independently drive technical hiring delivery within Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environments. This role will primarily support hiring initiatives across Europe, with an initial primary focus on Ireland, and the USA hiring support. The position requires a highly ownership-driven Individual Contributor who can independently manage technical recruitment pipelines, understand regional hiring dynamics, and support niche manufacturing technology hiring requirements. This opportunity is best suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced technical hiring environments and are capable of building strong talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill positions across global markets, including attracting and engaging European talent for Ireland-based opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding, including continued candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle. - Work closely with onshore internal business and delivery teams to understand hiring priorities and project requirements, and delivery expectations. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across technical and engineering domains. - Source candidates through direct sourcing, networking, market mapping, LinkedIn, referrals, and other strategic channels. - Handle niche and specialized hiring requirements within Life Sciences Manufacturing and Digital Manufacturing environments. - Support talent attraction strategies focused on engaging European nationals for Ireland-based opportunities. - Manage candidate engagement, screening, interview coordination, offer discussions, and onboarding support. - Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS systems, and hiring reports with clear pipeline visibility. - Support continuous improvement initiatives within hiring and talent acquisition processes. - Adapt sourcing and hiring strategies based on market conditions, urgency, and role complexity. - Contribute towards strengthening AMTSOL's employer branding and talent network within the Life Sciences industry. Qualifications - 6-10 years of recruitment experience with strong end-to-end hiring ownership. - Prior experience supporting hiring within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Engineering, or Technical environments is preferred. - Strong experience supporting international hiring initiatives across Europe and/or the USA. - Experience in attracting and engaging European talent markets for Ireland-based opportunities, along with exposure to USA talent markets and hiring dynamics, will be highly advantageous. - Proven capability in handling niche and hard-to-fill technical positions through direct sourcing and market mapping approaches. - Strong understanding of regional hiring practices, candidate markets, and recruitment dynamics. - Excellent sourcing capability beyond conventional job portals. - Strong stakeholder management and candidate negotiation skills. - Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, and open sourcing platforms. - Ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Ownership-driven Individual Contributor mindset with strong accountability and delivery orientation. Senior MES Engineer – POMS Net Experience: 15+ Years Industry: Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Location: USA (Remote – must be USA‑based) Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MES Engineer – POMS Net with deep pharmaceutical manufacturing expertise. The role will lead and support POMS Net MES design, implementation, integration, and lifecycle management across regulated manufacturing environments, ensuring full GxP and data integrity compliance. Key Responsibilities - Lead POMS Net MES solution design, configuration, and deployment for pharma manufacturing sites - Act as SME for manufacturing execution, electronic batch records (EBR), workflows, and recipes - Drive end‑to‑end MES lifecycle activities including requirements, design, build, test, validation, deployment, and support - Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Automation, IT, and CSV teams - Support and lead computer system validation (CSV) activities in compliance with FDA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 - Ensure data integrity (ALCOA+) and audit readiness - Manage MES integrations with ERP, LIMS, Historians, DCS/PLC systems - Troubleshoot complex MES issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and review of design documentation - Participate in regulatory inspections and internal audits as MES SME
