Business Development Executive - Arts & Culture (Museums Focus) Location: United States (Remote) (Chicago-based candidates are a plus) Type: Full-time Experience Level: 5+ years of experience in arts administration, digital marketing for cultural organizations, or arts-focused technology sales. Compensation: Base Salary: $70,000-$85,000 USD annually OTE: Typically $100,000-$110,000 in the first year, assuming performance goals are met. This OTE reflects the combination of base salary and commission tied to key performance metrics. Over time, with strong performance and territory growth, total earnings can exceed $200,000+, uncapped. For clarity: OTE represents expected total compensation at 100% target attainment and is not guaranteed pay.
