• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a portfolio of accredited continuing medical education activities from concept through post activity evaluation. • Ensure that all educational initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in full compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and certification requirements. • Partner closely with physician faculty, planners, accreditation staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support the organization’s strategic educational mission. • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and independently drive execution across multiple complex initiatives. • Monitor project progress against defined schedules, scope, and budgets; proactively identify variances and implement corrective actions. • Lead formal project close-out activities, including final documentation review, outcomes reporting, budget reconciliation, and archiving of audit-ready records. • Contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of CME project management processes, tools, and standard operating procedures.
