• Provide remote leadership, mentorship, and supervision for Clinical Supervisors (Pod Leaders) • Support the client experience from intake through ongoing treatment across assigned centers • Conduct and review Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) • Ensure clinical excellence through quality assurance reviews, data analysis, and treatment oversight • Monitor treatment planning, progress monitoring, and program integrity • Maintain 30 billable hours per week providing QA oversight and clinical support to BCBAs without carrying a direct client caseload • Support performance management, coaching, and professional development of BCBAs and Program Supervisors • Partner with Operations leadership to strategically manage caseload distribution and staffing needs • Contribute to organizational growth initiatives, clinical standardization, and expansion into new markets • Foster collaboration and consistency across multiple centers through virtual leadership and communication
