• Provide support to AAF International branch locations, both tactical and strategic • Responsible for oversight of three to five branches, with site Branch Operations and Logistics Managers reporting into this Regional role • Support year-over-year improvements in sales growth, service improvements, inventory management, and overall efficiency and productivity • Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve processes that drive growth and profitability expansion • Support Branch Operations Managers on developing the necessary talent to build a distinctive, results-oriented branch/distributor operation • Drive improved KPI results (key performance indicators) that improve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost/profit • Implement safety policies that create an incident free culture • Oversee a standardized cut/cap/custom filter process that improves safety, quality, delivery, and cost • Drive standardized inventory management process that eliminates inventory losses and maximizes inventory turns • Implement systems and processes that improve delivery and shipping performance • Facility improvements to drive exceptional performance in Service, monitor results via KPIs to ensure accountability • Work closely with the sales team to ensure sales goals are met and delivery performance is at or above 95% • Identify and execute new branch locations, distributor partnerships, and sales territory alignment
