• Own the client journey post-sale, onboarding, engagement, and retention • Set clear expectations, build trust quickly, and become a strategic partner to each client • Help grow and scale the CS function, establish SOPs, workflows, reporting tools, and automation to support long-term scale • Track key client milestones to ensure timely and accurate delivery • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and referrals based on client needs and lifecycle stage

• Write detailed, CRA-compliant technical reports that clearly demonstrate technological uncertainty, systematic investigation, and advancement. • Conduct deep-dive interviews with CTOs, engineers, and technical teams to extract core R&D elements. • Partner with project managers and financial staff to align technical stories with eligible expenditures. • Translate advanced software concepts into plain language while preserving technical depth. • Balance multiple claim deadlines and client relationships in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. • Keep current on CRA SR&ED guidelines and ensure deliverables reflect the latest standards and best practices.
