Role Description KFC US is accelerating an end‑to‑end experience transformation across guest channels (app, web, delivery, kiosks) and team member tools (POS, KDS, Orbit restaurant platform). We need a senior UX leader to raise the bar on interaction design and research, unify journeys across channels and stores, and turn insights into delightful, high‑performing digital and in‑restaurant experiences.
