• Support execution of site distribution plans to align warehouse positioning with installation schedules and site readiness • Execute and maintain warehouse mix plans (SKU, quantity, timing) based on supply, inventory, and project demand • Identify gaps in buildable material availability and recommend adjustments to improve site readiness • Apply logistics engineering principles to improve material flow, inventory positioning, and delivery sequencing • Coordinate with warehouses on staging, kitting, and outbound readiness for site deliveries • Track site material readiness and support sequencing of warehouse releases to align with installation milestones • Partner with Transportation to ensure shipments align with planned release timing and priorities • Resolve execution issues related to material shortages, imbalances, or flow inefficiencies • Maintain reporting on site readiness, material availability, and warehouse output performance • Drive continuous improvement in distribution planning and warehouse flow efficiency

• Assist with procuring training facilities, ranges or other venues, catering, air or ground transportation, lodging, interpreters and/or translators, passports/visas, etc. • Support Global Logistics Manager (GLM) with entry and monitoring of vendors in the Makwa Global GAN Compliance Management System. • Coordinate, on behalf of the GLM, with Government Counterpart on support/ logistics requirements and issues. • Coordinate actively with 3rd party vendors or in-country service providers including vendors, venue management, training center management, and Post/Host Country Representatives to ensure that efforts are fully supported. • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence from Governmental program representatives and 3rd Party Vendors to report on support/logistics requirements. • Be available during normal duty hours and accommodate surge/emergency requirements to meet with U.S. Government personnel to discuss problem areas, in support of the GLM. • Be available to travel with the GLM to oversee, troubleshoot, or assess the quality of in-country delivery support/logistics arrangements, All other duties deemed necessary by Makwa Leadership.
