• Craft eye-catching visuals that define the look and feel of Roblox experiences. • Collaborate with Art, Creative, and Marketing teams to develop high-impact thumbnails, icons, and promotional assets. • Blend 2D and 3D artistry with strong composition and a marketing mindset. • Design high-impact thumbnails, icons, and key art to increase CTR and drive player acquisition. • Use a mix of Roblox Studio, Blender, Maya, and 2D tools to pose characters, compose scenes, light models, and paint over renders for polished final thumbnails. • Work closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Game Designers, and Marketing teams to ensure visuals align with project goals. • Implement creative strategies to drive CTR, conversions, and overall acquisition performance. • Develop multiple thumbnail variations, run A/B tests, and evaluate performance data to iterate based on player behavior insights. • Stay current on Roblox creative trends and ensure visuals remain best in class. • Serve as the go-to resource for insights, best practices, and high-performing asset strategies.
• Define Comfy’s creative identity for go-to-market — build a unified visual language across video, web, events, and campaigns. • Lead end-to-end creative development for video content for feature launches, brand collaborations, etc. Design the initial concept and style frames, and collaborate with video editors & AI artists for final execution. • Develop and maintain brand style guides, motion direction, and visual tone for all GTM assets. • Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh, innovative thinking to every project.
• Extract clean, high-quality keys from green screen footage, including challenging cases involving hair, motion blur, and mixed lighting conditions • Perform spill suppression, edge refinement, and matte cleanup to create seamless final composites • Deliver clean alpha channels and production-ready assets in agreed formats • Prepare master projects and render high-quality master files optimized for streaming platforms

• Create high-quality real-time assets including characters, environments, vehicles, weapons, and props from concept through final implementation • Model, sculpt, texture, and optimize assets for use in Unreal Engine, ensuring they meet gameplay and performance requirements • Collaborate closely with Design, Technical Art, Lighting, and Engineering to ensure assets integrate seamlessly into gameplay systems • Build and maintain clean topology, efficient UV layouts, and optimized materials suitable for real-time rendering • Develop project-based materials and shaders in Unreal Engine, including parent materials and reusable functions • Ingest internally created or third-party assets into the project, ensuring consistency and technical compliance • Support set dressing, world building, and environment layout within Unreal • Utilize Unreal tools such as Landscapes, PCG, Splines, and Blueprint-based asset setups where appropriate • Identify and solve technical challenges within DCC tools and Unreal Engine while maintaining artistic intent • Participate in look development and R&D to elevate visual fidelity while balancing performance budgets • Maintain documentation and standardized workflows to support scalable asset production • Address feedback and revisions efficiently while preserving quality and performance targets • Perform other duties as assigned
