Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, patient-focused Front Desk / Insurance Authorizations Specialist to support our client's Sleep Medicine practice. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in sleep medicine or related specialties, with strong expertise in insurance authorizations and a proven ability to educate patients on treatment processes while managing high-volume calls with exceptional customer service. - Obtain prior authorizations and verify patient eligibility using insurance payer portals and platforms. - Educate patients referred by physicians on the sleep apnea treatment process and answer care-related questions. - Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls with excellent, professional customer service. - Assist with patient communications, administrative coordination, and patient recall campaigns as needed. - Coordinate seamlessly with the in-office team to ensure smooth patient handoffs for scheduling and follow-ups. - Utilize Restful EMR and Weave VoIP software to accurately document interactions and manage patient communications. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of medical office experience in Sleep Medicine, Pulmonology, ENT, or Neurology. - Strong hands-on experience with insurance verifications, authorization processes, and insurance payer portals. - Confident managing high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls with clear, professional communication. - Ability to educate patients on clinical processes and set clear expectations after physician referrals. - Experience with Restful EMR and Weave VoIP platforms is strongly preferred. Requirements - This is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week). - Starting pay rate of $6 per hour depending on skill set and experience. - Schedule is Monday through Friday, EST time zone.

• Currently the channel is developed using three technologies (Flutter Web, WebSphere and React). Frontend developers will work on migrating screens to React according to the new proposed experience. Familiarity with these technologies for reading and rewriting code would be an advantage.

• You´ll participate with a Top US Client in the retail/restaurant industry developing production applications with React.js & Next.js.

• You build interactive chat interfaces for AI applications, from the first prototype to a working frontend for a real use case that we provide. • In the process, you evaluate existing chat frameworks and determine how well they support this user experience and where they reach their limits. • You gain insights across multiple areas at once: frontend development with React and modern chat UI frameworks • Agent frameworks such as the OpenAI Agents SDK • Integration of streaming, tool calls, and generative UI with a backend • And above all: you will see how an agent becomes a product that people can actually use.
